I became Dr. Koo's patient when another physician from this office retired and I was assigned to Dr. Koo. I have seen Dr. Koo 3 times and generally I find her to be a very good physician, but she has no consideration of patient time. Of my 3 visits, wait time has been no less than 30 minutes and generally over 45 minutes before even being seen by her. If you don't work or have hours to kill at this office, Dr. Koo would be a very fine physician for you. I assume she either has too big of a patient load now that she has taken over for the retired physician or simply fills her schedule without regard for your time.

The Dr. herself is very friendly and communicates well. She's the type of person who puts the patient at immediate ease. I had a great experience at my appointment with her and plan to keep her as my ophthalmologist.

When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.

I’ve been seeing Dr Wong since 2016 and he has indispensable experience. Super knowledgeable and cares exquisitely for his clients eye-health. It’s quite a rarity and super appreciated: )

I love going in here. Dr Wong is amazing!!!! Truly knows what he's doing. I've been going for him ever since I'm little. He's always very patient and knowledgeable. So if you guys are looking for a good, reputable eye doctor around san mateo area. Please feel free to visit. You guys wont be dissatisfied. Two thumbs up!

Dr. Collum is as good as it gets. Always is very kind, professional, and really takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the state of your eyes to what you're paying for when you get glasses and or contacts. I've been a patient for 9 years and she is fantastic!!
