Very thorough

This was my first time at this location and the entire process went smooth. Timothy Milburn is amazing and talked me through the entire process when it came to selecting my glasses and contacts. I then had the help of Kayleigh who was very patient when it came to me deciding on glasses and if I wanted more than one pair. I never once felt rushed and will continue my annual appointments with Milburn. Such a wonderful and welcoming team! Thank you! 😊

Nice and big store with a variety of brands to choose from for your frames and all other optical needs. Staff CRYSTAL was very friendly and helpful in explaining different options. I wish they were part of VSP insurance. They also got RayBan Meta Smart Glasses just a few days back and I was excited to try hands-on on this latest gadget 😎.... it looks awesome !!!

I have been going to Dr. Casella, since I was a little girl. He and the staff have always been extremely professional, very pleasant, and knowledgeable in this field and all areas including the Eye glass choice , which may be more suitable for you and why! I wouldn't trade Dr. Casella for the world! He has been with me step by step and very instrumental with a surgery I chose to have years ago, in Atlanta that went very well! I only trusted him to do the evaluations of my eyes for that procedure and through the entire follow up. Dr. Casella is stuck with me for such!🤣 Cassaundra Williams

An amazing experience from my first visit to all my follow ups. Everyone at this office I encountered was always so friendly, helpful and so nice! All questions answered and Dr. M (RJ) right before surgery I changed my mind on what vision I wanted in one of my eyes and he took the time to explain to me what I would expect and made me feel comfortable with my decision! Yes, there was a room of people waiting to go into surgery after me but he still took his time with me! That meant the world to me! I can see and I feel great and I’m so thankful!

I wait on the phone 20 minutes or more before speaking to a live person. The recording reports the same message over and over. And the staff are incompetent. I’ve been a customer 29 years and the place has become horrible… Going to take my business elsewhere- it’s disgraceful.

Outstanding service from start to finish! This was my first time at this office. Check-in/registration was efficient, doctor was knowledgeable and explained what was going on, got fitted for glasses - so many frames to choose from, had help picking the frames that looked best on me and walked out with one of my pairs.

Paola is awesome! What a lifesaver she turned out to be. My expired prescription and broken glasses have been a real issue for me, but were no match for her. Paola listened to me, explained there were a backlog of scheduled appointments due to the Covid-19 work-stop, then scheduled me as early as possible knowing my urgent situation. All the while, Paola was polite, upbeat, and very helpful. Thank you to Sphinx Optical and to Paola, I can't say enough about how she helped me. I wish there were more people in the world like Paola.

Great service. I had lost a contact sample they’d offered at my annual visit. I went back in three months later and they kindly ordered me another set to try. Friendly the entire time. Great selection of glasses too.
