They do not have an optician there on Saturdays. We went 2 other times during the week. No optician. Their hours are until 6:00pm I. Wednesdays, we showed up at 5:40 and were told they were closing and could not see us. We will never go back.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Exam room was clean. The technician explained everything that was going to happen. The time between parts of the appointment were short. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Exceptional courteous service provided. Discussed the results of my appointment. I was asked if I had any questions and if I had experienced any negative issues since my last appointment. I was also scheduled for an upcoming appointment February 23rd, 2024 @ 7:35 a.m. I was informed that my primary, Dr. Candice Smith, received results of my appointments regarding contuity of care.

GREAT STAFF! lady’s upfront are super friendly and did a fantastic job taking care of me! Highly recommend this place for your Eyecare to everyone. Itzel did a great job helping me pick out my glasses for me and I’m very glad I took her recommendation on the glasses because they fit me perfect and really like the new look with my new glasses🤓💯🔥

Best in the business! Our 14-year-old daughter was EXTREMELY reluctant to meet with an optometrist as she is entering high school and feared the backlash/ridicule from fellow students over wearing glasses/contacts. By the time she was done with Dr. McNeel and his team, she was not only on board with the idea of eyewear, but she talked about how great her experience was during the visit. Can’t recommend McNeel Eye Center enough!

Best exam I have ever received. Dr. Hetzer gave me a very thorough exam and answered all my concerns and diagnoses with my eyes.

i've driven my grandparents here and they have waited over 2 hours past their appointment time. Although she is kind and thorough she tends to vent her personnel life problems to patients. I'm sorry if you are having problems but your patients are not the appropriate venue

My WHOLE family goes to this place. We have tried many other eye doctors but we love look and see. They provide such great care.

I had a great experience with Miss. Crystal. I came in for new glasses but also with an attitude, Crystals warm approach towards me in seeing that I received the best service from her and the company she works for. She was excellent and took the best of care of my need. Her professional attitude made me relax and enjoy the experience. Thanks to Crystals passion for what she does made the difference and I was able to purchase new glasses. She deserves a 9 out of 10. Mr. Allen
