I was very much please with the service that I received the worker that had work with me. Did everything possible to get me within the price that I could afford to pay using my insurance and checking into other things where I could get credit? She was very polite, very professional And very compassionate I fell and broke my glasses so they had to be replaced cut my face and she was concerned about how it looked. I would definitely go there again. I would hope that I would get her to wait on me every time her name is MARVA. Would recommend her to anybody.

Excellent! This is definitely a place you want to go and trust your eyes too. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They make you feel comfortable and really listen to what you have to say and how you feel about things. They take the time to explain exactly what's going on and why. Giving you choices.

My family and I have been seeing Dr.Lu for over 15+ years. He has not changed one bit ! He’s is very accurate, informative and thorough with his work. Dr.Lu explains everything in detail and makes sure that you understand. I would recommend him to friends and family and I can’t wait til my kids are old enough to be seen by him. The staff is very friendly as well.

Friendly, caring, professional staff and optometrist. I called and was offered a same-day appointment after my previous eyecare provider's office botched my appointments and missed a serious issue with my eyes that I was not even aware of. I am so very grateful for Dr. Miller and his staff!

Dr. Shetty and his team is one of a kind. Definitely recommend regarding any ocular concerns. I have been a patient of his, a student of his, and a volunteer for Dr. Shetty and all I can say is that all his patients are in good hands. He spends so much time with each patient and explains everything until the patient understands their condition. Aside from being a great doctor, you can speak to him about any topic aside from medicine. For any corneal, cataract, glaucoma, retinal, and refractive needs, Dr. Shetty and his team are the ones to go to.

Good selection and the doctor is the best. Found a problem years ago that lead to getting surgery and got my double vision to go away. Great place.

Appointment went without problems. Glasses arrived earlier than expected. But the case looks second hand. Luckily, I had extras, so np.

I recently had cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr. Voldman gave me my vision back. I now have 20-20 vision. He and his staff were very professional and went out of their way to answer questions, return voicemails and make sure I was comfortable before, during and after surgery.

Awesome service! My friend needed a simple repair on his glasses and Herman came to the restaurant next door and picked up the glasses. Minios restaurant plus Herman’s optical is a great combo!! Thanks

Waited months for appointment showed up early as asked and waited over an hour to get called in back room. And they don’t fill up all their back rooms. And people after us were seen sooner than us. Already took time out of work for this and lost more out of pocket. Had to give 1 star for this review to get posted
