This practice represents the true failure of our healthcare system via not accepting cash pay patients with supplemental healthcare insurance plans. How are we to break the stranglehold of insurance companies if physician's are not willing to challenge the status quo?

My visit at this location was great. From setting the appointment for my husband and I to the visit itself. Sarah was so great, she made sure to follow up with me to get all of our insurance information before the appointment date. Dr. Fallin moved to this new location and I am very happy with the service I received. I was able to order a new pair of beautiful glasses with the help of Sarah and she made sure to explain all of the benefits that came along with my plan.

Very pleasant experience....the staff genuinely cares for their customers....Bambi lynn was wonderful as well as everyone else ..... A must go to for your eyewear.. Definitely 10 stars....Dr. Drew was absolutely amazing and very thorough in his practice...this is my first visit and where i will be going from now on

The staff was so helpful with my dad and I last weekend helping him pick out the perfect frames and lenses. He said he can see better than ever before!!!! Thank you Lisa and team! And Dr Drew is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!!

I have never had a more well explained examination. Dr. Soto details every step so you know exactly what's going on at all times. Pleasant manner. Recommended.

Dr. Soto is fantastic. He is very professional. He clearly takes pride in his method and manner. He explained every test and it's purpose. He cleaned every instrument before its use. He empathetic when explaining my diagnosis and gave clear instructions on next steps. He is genuinely concerned about my optic health.

The staff was polite and courteous. Dr Soto was great-latest equipment, explained everything to a tee and answered all my questions to the fullest Would recommend this office

Dr. Page is a delight! Thorough, knowledgeable and professional, sure. But so very human as well. When you are there, he really "sees" you (no pun intended). Nothing perfunctory or dry (except my eyes) about these visits.

Made an appointment this morning to have my right eye checked to only find out that the receptionist forgot to save my appointment. She ended up fitting me in, but it was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. She did not have the courtesy to even tell me what the new time was. I had to receive it on my phone by text. The front desk seemed unorganized & stressed. 45 minutes after arriving I am still in the lobby waiting. Not at all acceptable. Update, I now have been here two hours & still no doctor.

Margaret was fabulous, she explained everything she was doing. I can say the same for Dr Page. He explained everything about what was wrong with my right eye. My new eye Dr moving forward.

Dr. Hegleh and his staff worked on my cataracts. My vision is clearer now in both eyes. I couldn’t be happier.
