Specs Optometry
Freddy was awesome and helped me straighten out my crooked pair of Ray Bans! He carefully made incremental adjustments to the nose pieces and frame to readjust them, and was mindful in explaining their best-effort policy before starting (in case something should break). I didn't mind that because if I were trying to do what he did to fix them I almost certainly would have broken them. Super!!

Thank you Freddy for the sunglasses adjustment. It was fast, efficient and complimentary. They have cute sunglasses/eyeglasses and give eye exams, prescriptions as well.

I had stopped in to get a coffee at James coffee company and saw that specs was in this space and my sunglasses needed adjusting and Sofia adjusted them for me perfectly. Her customer service was remarkable and this little space is very adorable if you're looking for glasses. The customer service is just simply above and beyond!

This office was a great place for years, but after their receptionist Esther left it went down hill fast. First the exams are done incorrectly and the prescription given for glasses is somehow completely different than contacts, so you can't even see with the glasses. After taking them back, they say "we'll send them to get fixed". To find out after calling for weeks to get the status, they inform you that the order was actually cancelled and have no idea about the refund you ask for. What the hell is that?

I arrived to the location as business hours say open until 5pm. Nobody answered the door or their phone. It’s taken over 6 months to get my sons glasses. Aside from the 1 star service when my toddler and I came to our first appt to order glasses. She was very inpatient with my child and wanted him to sit still and not touch anything. I am very unsatisfied with this place.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was accidentally 15 minutes late for my appointment and they still took me in. The staff and Dr. were super friendly and professional. I received a new prescription which is on point and can see so clearly now. Due to a thorough consultation with the doctor I was prescribed a new type of contact lens and I couldn’t be happier. I have been wearing contacts for over a decade and have never been able to see at night, but with my new lenses I can! I highly recommend Allied Gardens optometry!!!!

I LOVE Allied Gardens Family Optometry! My kids and I have been coming to the office for awhile now, probably four years and have always been happy with them. They are so friendly and helpful with my kids! The doctor AND staff are great. Family oriented and go out of their way for customer service. Frame selection is great too!

Dr. Cullins and the front desk staff were very professional, thorough and courteous. I highly recommend Allied Gardens for annual eye exams and prescription renewals. I would go back again for future optometry needs!

I'm about 4 years post surgery and I've been wearing glasses ever since. My optometrist recommended that I have another corrective surgery about 8 months after the first one, but I had such an awful experience that I'm not willing to do it again, especially at this facility. I did not feel prepared or adequately supported for the procedure or the after effects. Everyone made it seem like you wake up and can see, which was not the case for me. I had severe light sensitivity and glare for several months which kept me from driving at night. The dry eyes have been unbearable since the surgery and the only thing they recommended were eye drops that cost $100s a month. I'm now seeing a dry eye specialist and still wearing glasses. This eye surgery is one of my biggest regrets and I wish someone would have better informed me of the very real risks associated with LASIK.

I had my "Surfer's Eye" or Pterygium surgery here and I severely regret it. My vision in the eye is worse after the surgery than it was before. I was assured that my vision would slowly improve after the procedure, but it didn't. I also had my procedure on a Friday afternoon, and I guess the Dr (who'd told me he'd done hundreds of these procedures) must have had some big plans later because when I was sitting there on the table with a knife in my eye (while I was awake), he was chatting it up with his helper and even singing along to whatever songs were playing on the speakers. I'm wondering if he made a mistake in the surgery which is why my vision didn't improve, when "90+% of people's vision should have improved". I truly hope you read this and consider going elsewhere for any eye treatments. Truly awful and unprofessional treatment here.
