I have totally changed my opinion of Dr. Snow. I, at first, thought he was somewhat unconcerned about his patients but later found he was going through a serious family situation. He and I had a discussion about being able to see him in an emergency and came to an agreement. He is very busy because he is very competent and very professional. His assistant, however, lacks a little in personality but don't let that bother you. She's very competent too.

Great staff! Dr. Siegel is the best. No one like him. Has over 15 years of experience. My son got a dermoid cyst removed. He did a fantastic job. If anyone has eye problems, hes the guy to see.

Got my son his glasses here. Testing was easy, smooth and professional. They have a really nice selection of frames and we received the glasses very quickly. My son lost one of the screws and they were able to repair the specks right away. It's a pleasure coming here for glasses.

All changes saved When I started to write this review, I realized that there were no words adequate enough to express what I wanted to say. But here goes...I have been a patient of Dr. Shily for several years now. His office is located in the heart of Beverly Hills. When you walk into his office, you are treated with warmth, courtesy and respect. You truly get concierge treatment. His assistant, Rosa, at the front desk is sweet and polite, and makes sure that you are attended to efficiently. The office is never crowded and you are attended to promptly, so be on time, or call ahead if you are running late. Unlike other places, his office respects the time of his patients, so I make it a point to respect his. The first time I visited his office, I was scheduled for an eye exam and fitted for contacts. I had never worn contacts before, so of course, I was a little curious if I could ever learn to put them on. But, not to worry! He taught me the procedures from A - Z, and protocols of caring for my eyes and contacts. Dr. Shily has state of the art equipment to examine your eyes. What struck me the most about Dr. Shily is that he really cares about his patients. He worked with me at length to insure that the corrective lenses that were fitted for me were perfect for me. And for this I am very grateful.

Doctor Rutkowski was awesome! Great with jokes:) The eye care associates we're a load of laughs, very laid back! One of the best eye care places I've been too in a long time and I was out of there within an hour! This included eye exams for both glasses and contacts and selecting frames. I was very pleased!!

Really good doctor and staff. Friendly and professional. Very clean, well lit and pleasant looking interior.

I have the best care at Austin Retina. What I find so helpful is the staff is so happy and friendly. I’m usually a nervous wreck when I go there, but the staff puts me at ease. I also never have to wait long before being seen. . Dr Martinez answers all my questions and explains everything so well. Thank you all so very much💕 …

They are a great store great customer service and a very generous Chritmas present they are doing this season

Very friendly, super efficient staff. Modern tech gadgets, to measure pressure. The Dr is busy, yet friendly, very subtle. In relaying, oh another issue needs recheck. Very large choice of eye glass frames, also.

Do not go here. They steal your money. Charge you for services not rendered. The doctor tried to put me in contacts for a brand that's different than the brand I've been using for 3 years. When I went to order new contacts with the script he provided I was told I have to come back in and the doctor has to see me in those contacts but they do not have the contacts needed for it as trails. Absolute scam of a business. Go anywhere else. All the frames are trash too.
