I have been a patient of Dr Begot for quite some time, outstanding care

Staff was super rude and lazy. I came in and stood at the counter for five minutes before anyone spoke to me. Once someone spoke to me, they asked me to take a seat. I waited for 10 more minutes while the employees talked to each other and socialized. Then one employee asked me if I was a returning customer, and I said no. They said ok give me one second. 2 min pass. Another employee asked me if I was a returning customer and I said no. 3 min pass and the first employee asks me again if I am a returning customer. I said no for the third time! At that point I just left. They wasted twenty minutes of my time for no reason. There were probably 2 customers and 7 employees, and no one had the time to talk to me. Really frustrating!

Amanda is a total All-Star! Superb service. Had to stop in a few times, cuz my eyes suck and even call. Every time she helped me efficiently with the aid of another amazing staff member named Jennifer! Both made my visit a great customer experience. Plus, the Doctor has consistently done great with my exams and offered literal vision saving advice about not sleeping in contacts. Thank you!

Dr. Metsa is terrific. She takes time with all of her patients and explains everything. She if very personable. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Awesome experience for my family and I at Sterling Optical. Michael the General Manager was particularly helpful. The quality of care and patience with all of us was exemplary. Indeed all the staff made us feel welcome … and important. The quick turnaround to meet my travel deadline was much appreciated. This is definitely my new go-to place for my glasses and all eye-related care. Thanks Michael and you team.

Very poorly run business. Particularly since Dr. Harf left. There are so many options out there. Pick anyone but these guys. Can’t get through to anyone. Rotating doctors all the time. Closed half the month.

Everyone was professional and kind and I had no problem registering and waiting for my 3 o’clock appointment to see Dr. In’t Veld for my watery and itchy eyes. The staff were prompted on checking my eyes and asking questions to present to the doctor before seeing me. And, as it turns out, I have allergies. Thank you LTD!

I can't express enough of what a wonderful experience I had coming here for my first time. From the moment I walked in you could feel the positivity. I had an insurance change, and I'm glad, since I wish I had been going here a long time ago! Top notch personable care, with detailed explanations. Dr John Pearson OD is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Joshua helped me find my perfect eyeglasses and the selection was great. Local small business with a Giant heart. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
