I had my "Surfer's Eye" or Pterygium surgery here and I severely regret it. My vision in the eye is worse after the surgery than it was before. I was assured that my vision would slowly improve after the procedure, but it didn't. I also had my procedure on a Friday afternoon, and I guess the Dr (who'd told me he'd done hundreds of these procedures) must have had some big plans later because when I was sitting there on the table with a knife in my eye (while I was awake), he was chatting it up with his helper and even singing along to whatever songs were playing on the speakers. I'm wondering if he made a mistake in the surgery which is why my vision didn't improve, when "90+% of people's vision should have improved". I truly hope you read this and consider going elsewhere for any eye treatments. Truly awful and unprofessional treatment here.

I am 2 days post-LASIK and I’m so glad I did it! I was very nervous leading up to it but the doctors and staff at GS put me at ease. Robin at the front desk of the surgery center was lovely and went above and beyond for me. The procedure itself was fast and straightforward and I was told exactly what to expect. I had minor eye pain and light sensitivity for about 6 hours afterwards, but by the next morning felt as if I hadn’t even had surgery and had 20/20 vision!! I still have some light halo-ing from the swelling but it has gone down steadily since the surgery and I am told it should go away within a few weeks, and that my vision will continue to improve over the next few weeks as well. Overall very happy with the experience!

I had my first appointment for an eye exam and glasses. Great location (next to an ice cream shop) with a clean and beautiful facility! Everyone from start to finish was professional and very helpful, especially the manager for answering all my insurance questions! Looking forward to picking up my glasses in a couple of weeks! The only thing, not an issue is that it can get busy so you may have to wait a while, but it is a nice shopping center with comfortable chairs, and a coffee machine!

I had my first eye exam ever and had such a great experience here! The team was so nice. The receptionist Diane checked me in so quickly and was very friendly. Leon did my pre test and explained everything he was doing very clearly so I knew why they were doing each test. I was seen by Dr. Mallari and she was the sweetest and answered all of my questions. They all made this visit wonderful.

Initial exam and visit was fine and that is the two star for. Made a mistake of ordering frame and lenses here, what a miserable waste of 8 weeks time and over 250 miles travel back and fort this was. My credit card was charged for full amount in advance which was a big red flag. Never again, after 5 weeks, I went to pick up and both eyewear were wrong (sunglasses completely different frame and lenses for frame I brought in was not what I picked. Complete nightmare, no communication, manager refused to talk to me and when she did, she basically said they have no control over what the Lab does. Complete lack of responsibility for mistakes and very bad communication. At the end, after 4 visits (66 miles round trip each time) my prescription Sunglasses was never completed and got refunded for that part of order. Very unpleasant experience and complete wasted 8 weeks of my life that I will never have back. 👎🏾👎🏼

*You do NOT need a Sam's Club Membership* Dr. Khoa is so awesome. Efficient, knowledgable, helpful, and fair. He does his job and does it well - which is to conduct eye exams! He does not try to "sell you" any products. My favorite aspect about seeing Dr. Khoa (pun intended) is that he gives you your prescription upfront so that you have the liberty to shop around for the best prices yourself. Whereas most eye clinics have you order your contacts and eyeglasses directly through them (usually for marked-up prices), you can order yourself online, in different stores, etc. He also uses a machine that eliminates the use for eye-dilation drops! That's right...no dilation for glasses or contact lens exams.

I was very happy and satisfied with the level of friendliness and professionalism at new view. Dr. Khoa D. Truong is amazing the best!! Very knowledgeable and professionally. Explaining everything throughly and answering all my questions. He invests in new technology to help him as the health care provider as well as me (and other)as a patient. I highly definitely recommend this place to anyone needs glasses and contact lens...etc Me and my daughter will be become in to new view for ours eyes care needs from now on for annual check up. Going anywhere would be a mistake.

Dr. Truong, a very knowledgeable optometrist. Friendly and accommodating. Chair side manners excellent. He's thorough and provides the most highest care for your eyes. I was truly amazed how quickly he got me in for an appointment when my other eye Doctor was booked for months ahead. Dr. Truong suggested many types of contacts lens that fits for my eye care. Will definitely come back to Dr. Truong moving forward for my eye care. Location is in the Sam's Club and no membership required. I highly recommend.

I came to Spectrum Eye because I had a piece of metal get stuck inside my eye. From the beginning of the process, untill my last appointment, Doctor Moss was extremely nice and professional, he fixed my problem for me. Not much else you can ask from a doctor. He made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedures he was doing so that I was informed on what was going on. I appreciate the help he was able to give me, and I'm sure that he will be able to help you. One thing I noticed was the fact that he didn't try to upsell me on things that I didnt need. Thank you for fixing my eye I will always appreciate it.

I came in with an eye issue that has been going on for months. Dr. Moss and his staff did a thorough exam to see what is the underlying cause. I am extremely happy with the care they provided and I have great confidence this issue will be resolved. I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

My 5 star rating experience started when I called for an appointment to when I stepped through the door and completed my appointment. Everyone was kind, helpful and knowledgeable so that made customer service 10/10 for me. I loved everything about this place. I could see parking maybe being a little bit of a challenge but I was able to find a spot on the street not far from the business. Check those street signs and curb markings 😉. Thank you Heights Optometry! I will definitely be hyping this place up.
