The check-in process was simple and effortless, the staff was exceptionally polite, respect and beyond helpful. The facility was very clean and Dr. Grayson was great, I appreciate his professionalism and mannerism. Thank you to everyone who works there!

When I say the owner of Shadedbythequeen has some of the best customer service I ever experienced! She truly has the "eye" for shades. Her glasses are good quality and extremely fashionable. Often times unique. I love being shadedbythequeen. !

Amazing experience and amazing staff! Doctor was phenomenal and the staff was so helpful with helping me pick my glasses and answered all my questions and concerns. My appointment for a yearly eye exam and picking frames took 1 hour. Wait time was only a few minutes. If you’re looking for a good eye doctor, come to Family Eye Center!

New office is great. Dr Abigail has a great modern little practice and they take my insurance. They did move a little further east in the same shopping center (closer towards target/chick fila)

This place is awesome. Iptometrists is amazing!! And staff have great taste in frames - very current hip / funky / fun / serious / business / artsy styles to choose from. And very friendly. My favorite in Los Angeles

Really wish I could give no stars. First, we made an appointment for 8/20 @ 10am and still had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen for 6 minutes. Then they tell me 4-6 weeks for the glasses to come back. With no phone calls, test or emails from them, I called to get a status update because at this point it has been 8 weeks. The lady says they have been ready for a month now and someone called me but my line was busy. On my cellphone?! REALLY?! So no one else tried to call within that month to let me know they were ready?! Her response, you could have called us too! Horrible service from the beginning. First and last time here. Not worth it.

Every single doctor I have met who is a member of this practice is a very compassionate physician who puts the care of her patients at the forefront of everything she does. The care you will receive is exceptional. Every employee of the office is efficient, respectful and positive. Don’t go any where else.

Very poor customer service. Rude, Condescending and a certain “racial anxiety” Never again.

I wished now I'd gotten the young lady medical assistances name that helped me. She was very detailed & had all my allergies to meds updated. It was long but she made sure it was right. My doctor was very pleasant & thorough. Thank you

Adam was amazing!! He took great effort in tightening and making my glasses even! I told him I was having surgery and did not want loose glasses for 6 weeks. He even wished me well with my surgery!! Awesome service!
