The staff was very helpful as always! Quick and easy appointment. This is my third year going to Heights Optometry for my annual eye exam and will continue coming back in the following years. Michael and Dr. Davis and the rest of the staff are the best!

Jessica and Dr. Keane were phenomenal! They took the time to explain the tests and my results. Both were very pleasant as well. I left feeling well taken care of for sure. Highly recommend!

This was such a pleasant and enjoyable eyeglass shopping experience. Randy was truly helpful and friendly with helping me narrow down my options. What’s even more remarkable is the pricing and how efficient the turn around time is. Took a week to get my glasses and I absolutely love them! I have transitional lenses. Overall, Great customer service. I will return to purchase another pair!

I ran in here when I had a few minutes before a movie. Usually you look around, try a few pairs on and leave. But the great selection and talking to Randy actually made me decide to go get an eye exam. Then I went back and ordered two pairs! Hoping to get more soon. Randy is helpful, knowledgeable, and cares about the quality of the work and his customers' experience.

I was very impressed with Randy's knowledge of the eyeglass and optics industries and his friendly and service-oriented attitude. I was able to replace the lenses on several pair of sunglass frames at a cost that was comparable to those quoted by Walmart, but I received much better service with Randy. Randy was also able to replace the lenses for a pair of curved frames that Walmart stated that it could not do. I am glad that I found him.

Had the pleasure to see Dr Dao and Dr Eck during my eye visit. The office is clean and beautiful, front staff are pleasant and friendly.
