I just had my first Annual visit with Dr. Tu and his staff. They were professional, passionate, knowledgeable and comforting. I would highly recommend this office for any and all eye care. Making an appointment was as easy as requesting one as a new patient online, i received immediate confirmation and was there 2 days later. 5 Starts to you and your staff Dr. Tu

The one saving grace is the doctor himself. He is awesome. He is great at what he does, patient with me, as someone with anxiety, very positive and friendly guy. The office staff is the worst. I purchased a pair of new eye glasses, and new lenses for my sunglasses. Every pair of eye glasses I liked, they didn't have, and it would take a couple months to get in stock. Finally found a pair they could get ordered in a couple weeks. Turns out they don't fit my head. The icing on the cake was, I had a vacation planned 6 weeks after ordering the glasses. I wanted my sunglasses to be ready. I asked if that was possible. The guy helping me laughed and said "Oh yeah, that's plenty of time. Should take a week and a half." 3 weeks in, no glasses, no calls. I call, and girl upfront says she will have to call me back in a few hours because she can't find the order info. She doesn't call back. So I call two days later, she said sorry, and she will need to call me back in a few hours again. She doesn't. I call the next day, she was annoyed with ME. Said she hadn't forgotten about me. I give her another two days, and I walk in, because obviously I am not going to get a call. Turns out, my glasses broke while adding the new lenses, and no one wanted to tell me. They offered me a new pair on them, but I had to find a pair they had in store because my vacation was coming up. They told me they could do it in house in a day, but it wouldn't be perfect. I said no, I would rather them do it right and not have them for my vacation, by sending it out to their facility. I wait literally until the morning of my flight, go in, and they have them ready for me. I pull them out, and sure enough they did their janky in house job of putting them together, and the lenses don't fit correctly, pop out easily, and their is a halo of light around them. Do not go here. If anything, see the excellent doc and order glasses online.

I've been going to Dr. Tu for well over 10 years now. Always excellent service. Friendly, professional and efficient. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff

Had the worst experience dealing with this clinic. The woman at the front desk (who also does the billing) tried her best to make sure she bills you for everything possible. I had vision insurance and wanted to get an eye check up, yet she forced me to use my medical insurance. I did ask mention that I wanted a prescription with my visit and she had confirmed the same. My visit costed me $170 and I didn’t get any prescription. The doctor is great but his employees are nasty and are only looking to squeeze out as much money as they can from you. Overall, it is super unpleasant to deal with the woman who takes care of the appointments and billing. If you are looking for an annual eye exam, they will make sure to add extra services (that you can’t waive), to your visit so you end up paying something. Extremely annoying and unprofessional. I will not be going here again!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Khan and his staff! I noticed a strange bump on my eyelid and looked up local providers that accept my insurance. Dr. Khan was the third office I called but the only one that was able to see me same day! I was thrilled they had parking in a garage for patients and the staff was super friendly checking me in. Briefly enjoyed a nature show playing in the waiting room and then completed a few tests. Very soon after I met Dr. Khan who was so knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to, he was in no rush and thoroughly answered all my questions with patience and a sense of humor. Truly one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office.

From the check-in, to the exam, to picking out glasses and helping me to understand my vision insurance, everyone at this optometrist office makes the experience so enjoyable. I felt like all my questions were answered so kindly, and I am happy with my new glasses!

I had the best experience. She was very informative and used the prosthetic for illustration. I asked questions relating to contact lenses and medical procedures and she provided the pros and cons. She was very nice. Best experience and I’ve gotten at least 15 exams in my life.

Revision Optometry is the best. My experience with the staff and the doctor, from start to finish was informative, efficient, helpful and upbeat. Dr. Chou is competent and patient-friendly. He explains everything clearly and thoroughly. After my consultation with Dr. Chou, the staff provided great help in selecting frames and finalizing the visit. I highly recommend Revision Optometry.

Dr. Chou and his staff were so amazing, helpful and kind when I had my appointment. My young daughter was with me unexpectedly and they were so accommodating to her and didn’t skip a beat to help keep her entertained during my appointment. Dr. Chou’s kind approach, professional manner and knowledge helped me understand my contact and glasses needs. He educated me and informed me of different aspects of wearing my glasses/contacts and what benefits I would have with both. Their office is clean, very inviting with its welcoming ambiance.
