Dr. Hauler is super friendly and personable. He made my eye exam quick, easy, and painless and accommodated all of my requests. The rest of the staff helped me pick out glasses that best suit my needs, and I am very happy with my experience!

I wish I knew about this place sooner! Shawn was awesome and was able to help me find the perfect new glasses! Plus I was able to get the glasses with my RX same day!

I was miss informed by a front desk worker that my vision insurance covered both contacts and glasses within the same year. Since they did not have frames I liked I went with contacts.(only wear contacts 3 times a year and wear glasses everyday) My glasses are now falling apart and I have to now wait over 6 months to get glasses because of their front desk employee does not paying attention to detail. I would suggest double checking what they tell you or just simply go elsewhere.

Excellent eye doctor. Best most comprehensive eye exam I have had in years. Caring staff and wonderful environment. Awesome!!

Dr. Lee is a wonderful doctor. He explained my disease in a very simple language. He listens and respects his patients. He has great knowledge of his field. If you have glaucoma and you love your eyes, visit him. I wish I had come to him earlier.

He was very thorough with examining my eyes. He was very kind and explained in detail what every test was for. Great optometrist, would definitely recommend.

He is in knowledge, experience, ability, and bed side manner.... extrodinarily exceptional. The best you could ask for. I trust him entirely and he earned that trust through my amazing, positive experience with him.

The services and staff here are here are absolutely wonderful. I don’t typically write reviews but I had to in this case. I have a broken leg and with all of the snow and ice was very nervous about getting inside. One of the very kind women there got a wheelchair from a medical office inside the building, picked me up at my car and took me inside and then took me back outside after the appointment. Talk about going over and above. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The woman who helped pick out my glasses was so helpful and patient. The doctor who gave the exam was so efficient and professional and addressed any and all questions. I truly felt that everyone there cares and are genuinely good people who are excellent at their jobs.

Horrible. I've been having concerning issues with my eyes so I made an appointment. I gave them my insurance before my appointment, I was told they accepted it and I was good to go. The staff informed me they the ask for it in advance in case there are any issues beforehand they can remedy it. I had to beg my boss to give me time off work since no one in my insurance network is open weekends and I need to SEE! I got all the way down here started filling out paper work and all of a sudden they don't accept my insurance and I have to pay out of pocket. The lady there claims to have left me a message but my phone records prove I never even got a phone call. I know they had my number correct as they sent me a reminder and verified it when I checked in. Then just got a, "Welp, sorry about that." before she turned away to walk away. So now I have to wait several months before I'm allowed time off for another exam. Thank you, Broken Arrow Vision Clinc, for wasting my time as I'm sure you've wasted so many others and will continue to do so.
