Dr Pham is 100% professional, taking great care during my recent optometry appointment. Plus, the staff (of one) went above and beyond in providing outstanding service. Highly recommend.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and warm in their personalities. Had good customer service with asking me questions about what I was looking for, certain name brands, etc. the best part for me after finding several frames was the honesty I received about fit and style wise (was it me or not me). Wound up with two pair because of the wonderful help I received.

The worst place ever the staff when we made the appointment for my grandson for contacts they never told us about the training twice we brought him one of the girls blamed it on the new girl I asked her shouldn't you that have been working longer help her out then after the second time he couldn't put the contact in so they said you have to come again I was at this point upset because I told her why didn't you say anything when my daughter made the appointment in person that he needed to know how to put his contacts in and take them out this way we could have been practicing before we came to the appointmentasked so he couldn't do it in a training of 30 minutes at this point they said that he needed to come back again the third appointment I told her no I just want my refund because we do not live in Salinas and it was hard to bring him again at this point I asked for a refund she said I had to get a check and ask for my name and my address and I gave it to her when we received the check for the refund it was under my grandson's name I don't understand why she would put it under his name when she clearly said it was going to be under my name I feel that she did it on purpose well we couldn't cash the check I do not recommend this place The staff is rude and they do not know what the hell they're doing
