The doctor is good it is the receptionist that make this office not a pleasant place there is only one receptionist that works in this office that is professional. I have an appointment tomorrow and I will get her name but the other ones besides her are very unprofessional and rude. You had two holding a full blown conversation about their sex life and you had another one with these long nails at the front desk on her cellphone the whole time that I was there. This was just a very unprofessional unpleasant experience.

I have had glasses for almost 15 years and this was by far they best eye doctor experience I have ever had. The staff, especially Victoria, was so kind and incredibly helpful. She was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me understand the costs of the frames I had picked out, the extra options they have available, exactly what my insurance covers, and what would be the best deal for me. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions, and felt very informed of all my options. Dr. Yanofsky was also very kind and professional. This was my first time at his office, and I was pleasantly surprised that he explained to me the results of my tests - something I've not had another eye doctor do. He was very knowledgeable, and explained to me everything I needed to know. I have nothing but good things to say about this office, and will be having the rest of my family start coming here as well!

I’ve never reviewed a business in my life but I’m doing so for Venus Optical because they are so great. These folks were genuine, down-to-Earth, and friendly as could be, from the doctor to the salespeople. I can’t say enough good things about the positive vibe they give off.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is so kind and polite. The doctors take so much time to explain things to you. I highly recommend this place thank you guys for a great job.

Wanted to find a private practice optometrist and so glad I found this office. Dr. Collins is the best I've seen. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The staff was also great. They were all very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I did not have to wait long for my appointment, and the office was super clean and comfortable.

I've been using this place for years the last time I had to get new glasses was earlier this year and I called and they said I needed an appointment I got so worried i ended up going inside with my grandma to see if I could just get a new pair of glasses, they took me in and got me set up. Rarely did they give me any trouble or any bad pair of glasses.

I have been coming to this location for a few years and most recently came in for a Saturday morning appointment. Every member of the team was friendly, thorough, and efficient. They never pressured me to buy anything extra, instead focusing on maximizing my insurance benefits to purchase what I had intended. I even received a complimentary pair of sunglasses! Dr. Truong's extensive knowledge and genuine care were evident as he addressed my concerns, thoroughly explained my imaging, and gave me tailored recommendations. The overall positive atmosphere and the team's happiness to work there added to the exceptional experience. I highly recommend this office for their top-notch service and expertise in eye care!

This is the best optometry office in HB! I’ve been going to them for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the staff are always so nice and helpful and i very much recommend!!

I want to thank Dr. Wu and his team for the attention and care I received yesterday. Dr. Wu exceeded my expectation. Had I seen him years ago, I would have changed away from my use of rigid contact lenses. His clear explanation of the damage I was causing to my eyes was invaluable. I will see him again as my eyesight changes to update my prescription and I am more than happy to recommend his services to anyone. You can't go wrong here!
