Had an appt skin institute made for me I called just now with a question . Girl who answers the phone needs training. I asked does the dr do under eye surgery, “I don’t know ma’am” No I’ll transfer you, I’ll find out and have someone call you back nothing. We have Stanford coverage for a reason. Not to reach people who could care less. There’s a reason 1 star across the board. Cancelled my appt.

I've come in a couple times on emergency visits(one just right now lol) and both times Mary has been amazingly accomadting and was very compassionate towards my situation. I truly do appreciate and comment her service! If you're looking for a new optometrist, I highly recommend her and I will definitely be returning, hopefully on planned visits :)

Dr. Luong is an amazing woman. She is very nice to her patients, the wait in the office is quite short and she doesn't try to rush through the appointment. I have been coming here since I started needing glasses and I have no complaints.

The team there are amazing! The explained how my insurance worked and took the time to really meet my needs! That same day I had my eye exam and got my glasses! Doctor is very knowledgeable and staff is super friendly and kind! I 100% recommend!

Shout out to Julie of LensCrafters, Salinas for again going above and beyond for her customers. Knowledgeable, friendly, and precise in measurements. Never had a problem when she does the measurement. Always look for Julie.

Julie was very attentive to my issue. I brought my glasses in to get fixed, since one of my lenses had fallen out due to a screw falling out of my frame. Her professional and quick attention to my problem was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!

Lyn Lapid was very accommodating , friendly and with a sweet smile while rendering service to me. She’s very Patient and not pushy in anyway. I was very impressed by the way she took care of me.

The staff is so friendly! I came in to get a new pair of glasses and Lyn helped me out. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, along with the rest of the staff! This is the second time I come in and I am satisfied with their service. Will definitely continue to come here!
