I have been going to Dr. Sortor for the last five years, and I think he is the best! He is so nice and easy to talk to, and I always feel like he takes the time to answer all of my questions. The technology he utilizes during eye exams never fails to impress me. He has the up-to-date equipment to make eye examinations very easy, and incredibly efficient. Also, I absolutely enjoy going to the office! All of the staff I have met have been very helpful and kind. I really appreciate having Dr. Sortor as my eye doctor!

Very thorough and explained everything to me. Did not feel hurried or rushed. Waited only 15 after check in.

I felt very comfortable visiting this clean, quiet office for a routine eye exam. I was in and out very quickly with little time spent waiting between tests. Dr. Yazdanmehr's new prescription for me impressed me with how stale my previous glasses had become. Plenty of paid parking behind the building to be had. Looking forward to my call to pick up my new glasses. Need an optometrist, go here!!!

She started the conversation with a question "so what do you want me to do?" with the tone that I was bothering her. I don't know what the doctor is supposed to do, I only know I have an issue with my eyes. She dismissed my issue saying "it hasn't gotten worse, so its probably nothing" and asked why I didn't see a normal ophthalmologist. I HAD seen an normal ophthalmologist, but she didn't read my chart I suppose. She seemed more interested in getting me out the door as quick as possible. I printed out some visual aids to show her what I was seeing, but she didn't want to even look at them. She did eventually suggest some kind of MRI but again it seemed more likely I kept asking questions and she didn't want to be bothered so she'd give me something. I saw her for approx 15 mins and she herself did no tests or examinations. Overall she was inconsiderate of my issue. There aren't many options for Neuro-Optho, but go elsewhere.

Valdemar Lopez is an exceptional human being. My friend sat on my glasses this morning and I had been trying to fix them all day, I went to target optical and Valdemar fixed them inside of 5 minutes. He was so nice and my glasses have never been this straight. I finally feel like my glasses fit my face. And before I left he asked if he could clean my friend’s glasses since we were there anyway. Truly a sweet guy and I will absolutely be going back. Thank you, Valdemar.

Returning customer here, 3 past orders. I ordered new lenses for my 8 year old and for months, MONTHS, they gave me the runaround. They provided fake UPS tracking numbers and when I told them I'd file a complain with the State Board they magically overnighted the lenses. The quality is mediocre and there were scratches, I emailed and called. 2 months later and still no reply. Remember I purchased their "warranty". Today I called and I was told that they won't allow me to place orders in the future, they don't want me as a client. It's May, I paid in January, 5 months later I'm still dealing with this issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't want to leave a review, but I've had enough. To anyone that had a problem with them, PLEASE file a formal complain with the board in Connecticut. It's just horrible that they would do something like this to a child.

This office runs so smoothly; Its as busy as a Nice Restaurant during a Friday night dinner rush! ! There are so many techs shuffling (us old farts ) around in that big ole office you would think there would be some confusion! But no! they know their job and are so kind and patient with us !! It looked to me like the staff interchanged positions so they can all go to different positions if needed. Dr Shamil Patel is super chill and quietly like a symphony orchestra conductor moves effortlessly between patients; instructing us and the assistants and the eye doctors in training what’s happening and what’s next!! My first cataract surgery was a breeze! A lady in the lobby told me it would be a breeze and she gushed at how NICE the surgery staff was. It was True!! My second cataract surgery another breeze And just like that Dr Shamil Patel gave me my good vision back. It is all very impressive; going from checking in to the first appointment, to going from one room to another for testing even Tiffani the business manager was as sweet as can be. I went to the buckeye surgery center; which was super nice, and so was the staff , very professional and kind!! Very Very Impressive!!!!!! In the last few years I’ve noticed a decline in professionalism and knowledge and friendliness in the heath care industry! Bravo Eye Physicians and surgeons of Arizona !!! and Bravo to the Staff , you each know your job well and you are all very very kind. Thanks J warren
