This is such a good location for eye care! The staff here is great. We felt welcomed and very well taken care of! I would definitely recommend this location.

I’m writing this 6 hours after my procedure, so please bare with me. I have to say I really like this center! Staff are welcoming and polite, and try to do things in a timely manner. I was told that I would need to set aside a few hours to be there, which is what I expected. I believe I stayed at the center from 10am to 12:30pm. Staff were quick to cycle patients through the many steps before the procedure and make sure you understand what will be happening. As someone who has really bad anxiety, they most definitely calmed my nerves down. Going into the procedure was really scary for me, because of course no one likes their eyeballs being messed with. Dr. Ellis and his staff within the operating room were really patient with me and talked me through each step. The procedure took around 4 minutes in totality. Some people see better right away after the surgery, from what I’ve heard, but I noticed my vision worsened. Now that I’ve gotten home and I’ve slept I notice that my vision is slowly restoring, and the itchiness is gone. I definitely recommend using this facility if you are considering getting LASIK eye surgery. Thank you guys so much!! Even as I’m typing this I’m noticing my vision is getting better :).

I want to give a shout-out to Michael at the Stanton Optical shop on Galleria in Roseville CA. A couple weeks ago he helped me choose my Carter "San Bernadino" aviator-style sunglasses for a great price. I love the frames and lenses but I took them back yesterday to adjust the nose fit. He replaced the nose pads, made the adjustments and provided me with a better fitting case. Just outstanding service with a smile. Thank You Michael! Service like that is hard to come by these days. I am a loyal customer now.

Let me just say the place is super welcoming and the staff are amazing. Hi-tech eye exam (coming from Puerto Rico) I'm not used to that. Manager Michael was super awesome and great at taking care of me and my wife. He's amazing and also the assistant. Highly recommend you come here for your exam or a pair of glasses / contacts. The place is very welcoming, staff is a great, but what really made me like this place is because of Michael Chmelar. His customer service, his professionalism, his overall care for his customers is beyond outstanding and it's because of him I'll always keep coming back.

Went to Visionworks in Roseville using a coupon we got in the mail offering 2 pairs of glasses for an insane low price. The selection was good,the service was FANTASTIC, and the end result was GREAT!!! Would recommend they anytime to anyone and will definitely be going back again. Thank you so much for rushing our order through so we could enjoy our trip 🌈🎉

I’m all about convenience and my appointment at Visionworks was just that, convenient. From making the appointment, filling out the forms beforehand to the appointment itself was so easy. Staff and doctor were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful making the whole experience great and so smooth. They went through the work to make sure I was spending the least amount of possible between insurance and out of pocket and didn’t pressure to buy more or do more. I hate being sold and that didn’t happen at all. Highly recommend and will absolutely continue to give them my business.

I had such a positive experience getting my new glasses! First of all the staff is just downright cohesive team! I worked with Jenna doing all the tests and she explained everything to me as she was doing it. When it came time to picking out frames, all hands were one deck, finding me the best pair for my face. If I can describe the atmosphere, it would be a happy place! Jenna, Erik, and Lara make it that way! Everyone helped each other out. The optometrist was amazing as well. I really like the fact that you can bring the glasses back if there is a problem. Turns out progressive lenses are not my thing. I did buy another pair when I picked up my first pair and I took advantage of the year long insurance on both. Thank you for your customer service!
