Been going to Dr. Klem for 20+ years. Great service and staff!

Its my second time there! I had reading glasses before bug went this time to get a set of glasses for all day! Reading, computer, walking around without hurting my vision, but after doing the exam and talking to them and waiting for new glasses! It was progressive! So I had to move my head and eyes to certain areas in the glasses to see or to read! That was so annoying and hurt my vision! I tried to tell them that I need one glasses for all but they just want to give this uncomfortable glasses and get used to it!!! They won’t listen! They just want me to take it and leave! I will never trust them with my vision! I paid in full $519 for this pair of glasses and I want my refund now! I will find out how far I can go with them as they didn’t care or call me to ask me what I want! Guys! Find a better place that this! Its your EYES and it the most precious part in your body. I will never trust them.

The staff is super friendly and professional. Excellent communication. The optometrist is so nice, and she really took her time with me answering my questions and making absolutely sure everything was helpful and accurate.

Office visits are pleasant enough, but getting anyone on the phone to get an appointment or to check status of glasses ordered is near impossible. Once I receive the glasses ordered for my daughter I won't be going back.

I have been going to ClearVue for years. What keeps me going back is that they use cutting edge technology coupled with very knowledgeable staff to ensure the best eye care possible. The best marriage of technology and human knowledge in their specialty I have witnessed in a long time. Each exam year I have received excellent examination of my eyes with a thorough review of the results. My concerns are listened to, and discussed in detail. The end result is a clear path forward for my long term eye care, and glasses that more than meet the needs of my daily activities.

Dr Liddicoat is fantastic! Her knowledge and friendly attitude is top notch! Everyone is very helpful and attentive here. I've had no complaints with their service in the 20 years I've been with Dr Liddicoat's office. The opticians are great, too. I've especially appreciated Tom's cheerful, knowledgeable help.

My family has been seeing Dr. Lech for years, and we have always been very happy with the experience. I have seen many eye doctors over the years, and Dr. Lech is by for the most thorough, knowledgable and pleasant.

Really straightforward experience. I appreciate the thoroughness of the exam. I got my glasses today and the lenses are perfect - fixed the issues I had with my Kaiser prescription.

I try to update my prescription through Roseville Optometry every other year. Christine is great and the staff are excellent. The ability to text them is what puts them above the rest, I work all day and its extremely convenient to be able to text back and forth with them.
