Best eye doctor and clinic I have probably been to. I went here for 3 years and would still be going here if we hadn't moved out of state. Dr. Perron really does what is best for your eyes. After switching from monthly contacts to daily contacts, my eyes were much less dry and had better vision. He also encouraged me to use eye drops, and although I don't use them as often as I probably should, I do keep them on hand when they feel very dry. He does a comparison of your old prescription and new prescription at the end of the exam so you know how your new prescription will feel-probably sharper and better. You get a discount on contacts depending on the time you buy them and how many I believe, you just have to submit the paperwork for the rebate-all of which they prepare and give you. It is hard to find an eye doctor this good, and the staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I still use the contacts he helped me discover years ago (clarity 1 day), and my eyes are pretty happy. Thank you!

Wonderful office and wonderful staff. I especially appreciated it when they were able emergently fix my sins glasses after he stepped on them and bent the frame an ripped the wires. My son had his glasses within an hour and could finally see! Thank you!

Great office and great customer service. Picking out glasses can be time consuming and overwhelming, but Ashley and Mari made sure to take the time to help me and provide great feedback for glasses. They kindly educated me on the correct glasses to look for to fit my nose/face and on the correct way to take care of my contacts, which is something other offices have failed to do. Dr. Perron is a great doctor, who also took his time to educate me when I asked my laundry list of eye questions. I would definitely recommend this place to someone seeking eye care. You can tell this office cares about their patients and is willing to take their time to properly help you out.

Dr Barber is great. My family and I have seen the her for years and have always been given great service. The staff has always made sure that I’ve gotten my contacts as quickly as possible. It also helps that they take my insurance, VSP.

I have been going to see Dr. Barber for many years! She is one of the best optometrists in the world! She is very diligent and cares about her patients. I had a problem, and she took time out of her busy schedule to squeeze me in. Her staff is also top-notch! You could not do any better than Dr. Barber!

Dr Barber goes above and beyond to make your you receive the correct care. She is very thorough and knowledgeable! All of the staff are very friendly and have great customer service! Besides an appointment with Dr. Barber I also had an appointment with Nelly Moreno for training on how do use contacts. I was pretty nervous but Nelly walked me through each step. She was patient, compassionate, concerned, very professional and friendly all at the same time. My training went smoothly and I gained a lot of knowledge along with tips and tricks. I would definitely recommend Vista Point Eye Care in Roseville.

Fantastic eye care center!!! We were new patients, had a possible emergency, and they were able to fit us in same day. All the staff was extremely courteous and professional. The doctor was VERY thorough, kind, and patient. She took her time explaining everything to me and my 12 yr old daughter, so that my daughter never felt scared, and we never felt rushed. I will definitely return for my own optometrist needs and would recommend their practice to anyone!

I’m a new patient and had a great experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The office is very nice. Dr. O took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a clear explanation for how multifocal contact lens work. I have worn contacts for 30 years and have used a variety. It was good to better understand the science behind them and what I should expect.

This place has really gone downhill in the last couple years. Don't go here if you are in a hurry for glasses or looking for a bargain. As an example I ordered a replacement set over 2 weeks ago AS A RUSH ORDER, and am told it will be another week. Other places can do it in 24 hours. In fact the last set I ordered had to be replaced 3 times because the lab they send them to to grind them got the prescription wrong. Irony is that one eye barely uses a correction at all, other than bifocals. Next set I will get from one day glasses or Costco, or something like that. Used to be 3 days to a week to get new glasses from these folks but now it is sit and wait. I'd give them 1 star now but I have been going to these folks for almost 20 years. I do hope they don't continue going down hill. I sat one day in the lobby 10 minutes waiting for help - while I watched at least 5 or 6 employees wander about or appear to surf the Internet. Really unhappy with how things are going here.

If you need glasses or contacts, I cannot recommend Site For Sore Eyes in Roseville more. The new owner, Oliver, has been working there for over 10 years and loved it so much, he bought the store. He has helped resolve frame issues for me, happily adjusts glasses, and goes above & beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. (In the Trader Joe's parking lot)

Let's talk about customer service now. Back in early October 2022, my wife and I went to Oliver to get our new yearly prescriptions filled. We have been going to Site For Sore Eyes, Roseville since before Oliver came to work there over 10 years ago. We ordered our new glasses as usual. Oliver reminded us that there was a great promotion going on to give a significant discount on the second set of glasses ordered. We had every intention to return to take advantage of that discount before the time expired. Unfortunately, I had some medical issues arise and five months later I am now walking without the aid of a cane( first 2 months in a wheel chair, then walker and so on). My wife got her glasses when Oliver called but I could not go with her. She told Oliver about my issues and told him I would return as soon as I could walk again. Today, I called Oliver to make an appointment to go order my second set of glasses and to have him adjust my existing ones (I had knocked them out of alignment). To my surprise, Oliver advised me that he had already ordered/received the glass discs specific to my glasses frame. They had been there waiting for me in his store for several weeks. Yes, that is what I said; he ordered my second set because he did not want me to miss out on the over $200 savings. And yes, he used his own money to make it happen. Talk about the ultimate in customer service. Oliver, you are the best and I thank you dearly!!!!
