I have always had a great experience at Site for Soar Eyes. The office in Cupertino is wonderful, so many glass's to choose from and the staff is very supportive of their Customers. The office in Roseville is very clean and organized, again the selection of frames are amazing, and the owner Oliver Saunders has always made sure I was making the right choice for the type of frame for my face. When I leave the office it's with a happy face.

Dr John Kim and Staff, You are a true blessing to me! Angels who helped me with my eyes to know what was happening on my diagnosis on testing and exams as I was nervous and overwhelmed. Dr Kim you cared and your Staff was compassionate and caring for your patients. Thank you for all the help getting me taken care of in everyway. I am grateful to you all! My visit to the office was very pleasant. Great helpful front desk workers.wonderful assistance in the back office room area. Every one that I encountered with was nice and kind. Always with a smile on their faces. Reassuring with every exam and especially when it came to putting the drops in my eyes. Kind words helped me with my anxiety when I was in the exam rooms. The doctors were very professional and kind. Had no problem answering my questions when I asked one. Thank you for making my experience there at your office a good one. Take care all.

Dr. Kim did his job by checking out my eyes, although he could have been a lot more helpful I'm my current situation appose to sending me on my way and referring me to another Dr. who won't be able to see me for a while. However, his staff were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. I praise them. 👏 …

Such a great doctor ! I took my daughter today and he was the highlight of our day , he successfully found the perfect prescription for my daughter , we are so thankful for him !

I also drive an hour to come see this doctor. He is AMAZING with kids. so so happy I switched doctors. I couldn't be happier. i HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ortiz. My 10 month old even loves him! SO SO IMPRESSED!! I can't say enough about this doctor. So happy to have him!

Dr Ortiz is amazing he really cares about his patients and it shows. Dr Ortiz has a gift with children, he is very funny and can make kids laugh when they are sad and crying. My daughters eyes required surgical intervention. I had total faith in Dr Ortiz. The results are amazing and better then my expectations. If you need an eye doctor / surgeon for your child Dr Ortiz is the man God Bless!

Never came here before; Came to get my glasses adjusted because they were squeezing my head and irritating behind my ears. The nice woman behind the desk was happy to assist in adjusting them and making them fit more comfortable, as well as being a generally wonderful and delightful person! I will be recommending this place as a preferred optometrist, simply because of the wonderful customer service offered by the front desk attendant!

Brittany is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I have been Dr. Clayton's patient for many years, and I love the staff. This a awesome optometry office/practice. Both Moreno Valley& Riverside offices are wonderful!

Don’t take your glasses to get adjusted because if they damage them you’ll be on your own. I took my glasses and they burned them and when I told them what they did, they said it was already there. They adjust the glasses by heating them! … More
