First time visit and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by very cheerful ladies. I’ve only been wearing prescription glasses less than 2 years. I’m not experienced so I was nervous. They accepted my insurance and Angie was very helpful getting me set up. Explained everything to me. I will be returning from now on for my eye exams. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

Extremely poor customer service from the staff. The actual provider was the only professional individual in that office. I went in as a new patient and the receptionists are not customer oriented at all, their demeanor towards patients is as if they are doing them a favor. I asked if I could have the PD number so I can order my frames online since their office did not have the ones I looked for, and they did not want to. I had previously got this info at another optometry so I know it was possible. Days after I had trouble understanding my prescription and when I called them to help me understand it, the receptionist kept trying to turn me away saying they can not help with online orders which is not what I was asking. I would not recommend this business to anyone I know.

called last week to make an appointment and turns out they never even had me scheduled for an appointment! they really took down all my information for what? wonder what they did with it, really unprofessional and disappointing. i scheduled a specific time for a reason.

Dr. Walker was approachable, listened attentively, asked relevant questions, performed several tests, and came to reasonable conclusions which she explained clearly. It is evident that she loves what she does, genuinely cares, has an inquisitive and bright mind, and is overall the best optometrist I have met. I obtained more information in this visit with her than in all prior combined. Thank you for the preliminary diagnosis, referral, and guidance!

Dr. Alanis has been my optometrist for over 10 years now. He is the most understanding doctor. Any issues I may have with my glasses/ eye contacts he is willing to help find a solution. His knowledge is amazing & I appreciate him very much.

Be aware of this, fraudulent charges appeared in my medicare account from this office, are they checking the credential of people going there to get service? valid CA driver license? how cam somebody claim a service there with a fraudulent medicare card?. This fake claim has been reported.
