Not a good experience. I thought my appointment was for just checking the pressure in my eyes so planned accordingly. But in fact it was the yearly exam but no one told me that & none of the assistants said anything about it. When they wanted to dilate my eyes, I was out of there. Very poor communication.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. We didn't have to wait very long which was great! The exam was very detailed oriented. There was a lot of options for frames. But most were brand name so a little pricey. But, most Optometrist are like that. Dr. Huffmire was very nice, explained everything and answered any questions we had. We'll be coming back:)

Dr. Stevens is the consummate professional! Precise, current and his use of state of the art equipment gives him the edge in delivering superb medical service.

My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Herzig. She has made her really comfortable with loving her glasses and just helping her build up confidence in Continuing to keep her glasses on. Thank you for all that you do. And thank you for being my daughter‘s doctor. You have Help to improve eyesight. You’re absolutely amazing and I highly recommend anybody with smaller children That needs To come to you.

I'm completely floored by the attitude from one girl. After trying 4 pair of contacts, she told me they would start charging for the next pair I wanted to sample. If that is the policy, fine. But the first 4 should have been a better match. Go to a real doctor, who is in the facility. These doctors are on a video screen and you get someone different every time. Very impersonal. I felt like I should settle on what contacts I tried last. I won't go back there. I did settle too BTW, but only because I intend to see some one else soon. It won't let me choose 0 stars so I guess a 1 is as close as I will get.

In 2017, I began having issues with my vision and thankfully Dr. Itharat’s office popped up on Google. I have repetitively had acute episodes, and Dr. Itharat’s office has accommodated my needs when I needed an urgent appointment, even after an extended gap in seeing him. Dr. Itharat’s compassion and knowledge is unmatched, and I am confident that without his attention to detail, incredible bedside manner and passion for his patients, I would not have been able receive the treatment necessary to move forward with a diagnosis. Dr Itharat’s scheduling model allows for individualized patient-centered care. He consistently spends time addressing all questions and concerns without ever making the appointment feel rushed or inconvenient. I have even recommended my mom to see him for her complex eye issues and after seeing a variety of providers and never finding the “right” one, she found comfort and excellent care in Dr. Itharat and his team. If you are looking for an excellent doctor that is truly focused on his patients, I cannot recommend him & his team enough. Thank you for all you do, Dr. Itharat!!

I’m absolutely blessed to be taken care of by Alan and Clair Optical. I have post-LASIK ectasia and Keratoconus and I’d trust nobody else now to care for my eyes and help me find the right fit of contact lenses. Alan spends time with you, cares, and does everything to get you seeing clearly. I feel immensely happy to have the vision that I do and owe a lot to him for this. Would highly recommend!!!

Rita is absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful & very personable. Rita took care of everything during my eye exam. I highly recommend dealing with Rita. After my exam, I had the dreaded decision of choosing which frames I wanted & what looked good, let's face it, glasses completely change ur appearance so u need to make the right choice. That's where Sue came in, she went above & beyond helping me pick the right pair. She also helped with ordering a pair for my Sister who is incarcerated. The doctor is amazing too but Rita & Sue made my whole experience so smooth & joyful. I highly recommend going to this location & talking to these two wonderful women. I love my new glasses

We had a good experience at this clinic for my nephew's eye exam! Brandy was a very kind tech who helped walk my nephew through his exam. She showed extraordinary skills at what she does while remaining kind and compassionate. My nephew had a positive experience at this clinic as well!
