It was very thorough and accurate in my opinion. Dr. Michelian and his staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They made me feel like a valuable patient and I appreciate everything they did. I got new contact lenses and glasses at a great price!

Great experience. Dr. Tran is fantastic and the entire office staff makes scheduling a breeze. They are welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and professional. Jose made the process of choosing frames and understanding lens options so simple. I’m so happy to have found this office and am confident that my family and I will be well taken care of. We are going to this place for so many years now! Dr.Kaw is amazing in all aspects and specifically with little kids. The staff is wonderful and always there to help you with any concerns or questions. The place is a very clean and tidy and let me add by saying, is a place that you enjoy being there, a pleasant bright shop.

I went to Diamond Vision Optometry after moving back to Pasadena, and needing a new optometrist. Happy to have found them! Dr. Tran did a wonderful job administering my eye exam, and Yvette was awesome at walking me through the process of getting some new glasses. Can't recommend enough - they are true professionals!

The folks here are so wonderful. They do it all! From exams to lenses to a wide range of cool frames, they do a great job of consulting with you (without any hard upselling, yay) to get you exactly what you need. They also provided a complimentary repair when the lens popped out of the glasses. They’ll handle the nightmare that is insurance and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Clean, professional, and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

My sister recommended me to this place and I was very pleased with the whole visit. Their staff members were very polite and friendly. The optometrist was very nice and informative. He didn't try to push or up-sell anything and did a thorough check-up. Highly recommend.

First of all, the staff, Joanna, is a terrible person. My glasses were delayed from the factory, but she did not track it and did not take care of it, even when it was found that my glasses might have been dropped off at a different store. She did not call the candidate store the next day and did not call me back to confirm the status of my glasses, even though she promised me she would. She NEVER apologized for her bad job. There was another issue with my glasses. When I finally got them, I found that my progressive lenses didn't fit me; I had to lift my glasses to read a book. There could be some reasons related to my frame structure, but the truth was that she did not mark the positions of my eyeballs when I ordered these glasses. HOW CAN THE FACTORY MAKE PROGRESSIVE LENSES APPROPRIATELY TO FIT A PERSON WITHOUT EYEBALL MARKS? However, SHE DID NOT ADMIT HER FAULT THE SECOND TIME. Lastly, the other staff also accused me of fabricating a complaint to get a refund, but I have never requested a refund and I just pointed out their mistake. They were totally terrible and NEVER ADDMIT THEIR FAULTS!

Dr. Pai is a great doctor and prevented further harm from my condition with their diagnosis. I was visiting numerous Physicians with no avale and Dr. Pai ultimately got the ball rolling to help me get treatment. Dr. Pai has given me a better understanding of managing this condition. Hoping my health improves as well as further success for Dr. Pai. Thank you is an understatement for my gratitude.

Dr. Pai is an awesome doctor. She is very knowledgeable and takes plenty of time to explain everything! She is very kind and caring with her patients and is an excellent doctor.

I started developing under eye bags at the age of 24 and no matter what I did, I couldn't get rid of it. I started looking around for surgeons in SGV and Los Angeles and it was hard finding someone who could complete the surgery right away. Most doctors had a long wait time until one of my coworkers told me that there was a new surgeon in town and they were able to get a consultation in a week. At my first appointment, I knew that Dr. Biro was going to be my surgeon. He's incredibly respectful, and great at listening to my needs, and explaining what to expect. His surgical coordinator, Stephanie, was extremely communicative through the entire process and was even nice enough to give me a HUGE discount from the original price. I was able to make my appointments quickly, and scheduled surgery quickly, which was a huge difference from other surgeons. He even personally called me after my surgery to check in and see how I was doing. I felt so cared for and felt like I was in great hands. I am now 4 months post-surgery for my lower lid blepharoplasty and incredibly happy with how everything went. I now feel confident in the way I look. For anyone looking to get their under eye bags removed, I would highly recommend Dr. Biro. His work speaks volumes.
