Had to clean my own equipment during the dot check. The eye patch cover wasn’t clean, had to clean it myself. Few months ago called for a refill on my medication, on follow up and went unanswered. The outgoing receptionist was load (very loud) communicating my personal business to the waiting area with customers easing their head’s due to her loud speaking. Wasn’t worth the $300 plus spent.

Love it have been with them since 6 years ago love them always so helpfull when I need a fix

Just ordered my and my husbands glasses today. After years of wearing glasses the Dr here explained the anomaly he saw in a way that was educational and understandable. He was great. In the store front we were helped by Heather and Joe. Both were friendly, informative and very helpful in choosing the best glasses for us and ensuring we got great quality frames and lenses. Looking forward to our new glasses arriving. Thanks Dr, Joe and Heather.

I’ve been a patient of the Florida Eye Clinic for several years. All the technicians and the girls at the front desk are truly professional and wonderful to deal with. Dr. Parks is great. He takes very good care of my Baby blues.

I would recommend Dr. Hooks. He and his staff have taken care of eyes for years.

Doctor is so professional and kind. First of all, she has a warm heart to patient. My experience was great. I'll recommend this hospital if someone need to take care of any eye problems. Definitely one of the best hospitals in LA.

Have to have an appointment to buy sunglasses. Have to see the Dr. No, I want to buy a pair of non prescription sunglasses you sell. I walk in, if you have them and I like them, I buy them and walk out. Good grief. Way to turn business away. I tried explaining that to her. She wasn't having it. Listening skills would be a plus.

Had a great experience here. All staff members were professional, friendly, respectful, and courteous. The Optometrist worked through my appointment at a comfortable pace, answering my questions with ease, and making sure I felt comfortable with each step of the exam, and was even able to predict potential costs of different variables regarding my contact lenses and Rx frame choices. I highly recommend this practice. 🤩🤓

i have to start off by saying dr stacey kruger is so kind and patient and she works with kids with autism or any disability everyone is so kind at the office i have to warn you ! now you will have a long wait i f u dont book your appointment asap! they will be like a 2 month or a month wait! but im very patient i did needed to see dr kruger sooner but shes very busy but a amazing pediatric eye doctor! i love her!! my appointment is coming up in FEB for my son so is woworth the wait ! visit dr kruger and your kids will be in great caring hands!!

His office staff or very professional and treats you with care. Dr.Swan takes his time to explain his treatment plan for you to understand. Also ask if you have any questions or concerns about treatment he has for you. Would recommend him for your overall eye care. You will be in good hands.
