Very rude women working behind the counter. Unprofessional, didn't great me with a smile or ask how I was doing. They all act as if they hated their jobs. After trying to setup an appointment I couldn't take the Unprofessional attitude and walked out. Can't said anything about the Dr. but I can say he needs to get some friendly and professional counter help. I will not be going back, he just lost a customer because of the three mean looking, mean acting and unprofessional women!

Excellent service and a lot of patience. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Deedee started our appt answering my many questions. Dr Aaron impressed me and was amazing. Lisa and Derek were great and gave us the best options for our glasses. Sesy helped us resolve the insurance issue. Overall a great experience.

I LOVE LensCrafters! The staff is always super friendly and often go out of their way to help you when they can. I was out shopping and a screw fell out of my lenses. I came to this location and a gentleman named Felix fixed them right up, no problem. Give them a try 😄

The staff was amazing!! The assistant showed my son all the machines that were gonna be used for his eye exam. She was very informative and my son had a fun experience. The staff was also very patient during the fitting and selection of frames!! I was very happy with her customer service skills. The doctor was also very patient and caring. This was my first time at Len's Crafters and I will definitely return!

Mary was very kind and made my experience super easy! She is so laid back and made me feel at home and comfortable with my exam and lens choices.

Took them a month to get an old exam, lied and said I could get it sent digitally, charged $10 for a prestamped letter, and sell poor quality, overpriced lenses. Go for free exams only, buy your glasses elsewhere and get the results ASAP

Fantastic customer service, very helpful in finding the best frames. Also tremendously helpful with contact lenses for the 1st time.
