"Dr. Kowalski literally saved my life", found a tumor in my eye that was malignant early on. Had he not caught it It would have advanced without my knowing till it was too late.

Thank you Dr. Kowalski for always taking time with your patients and making time for myself and my children when we are in town. I refuse to see anyone else even after moving away and continue to see Dr. Kowalski for all of our optical needs! Finding a great doctor is worth the extra travel time!

ATTN: I just cannot say enough about the amazing Dr. Kowalski and his fabulous staff as well. I’ve been a pt now for 5 years, and refuse to go ANYWHERE else. He is professional, highly trained, skilled, knowledgeable, patient care focused, takes time to educate patients with lots of questions...like myself. A wonderful family man. They have the utmost in high quality, latest technology for thorough eye exams, and will educate you on eye disease as well as the other relating health conditions & how best to approach treatment in relation to your eye health. OMG you will find the best eye wear selection right in Murrieta and beats out anywhere on earth even Beverly Hills, or Europe for that matter. I tell you (?) I refer everyone I can to them as well as my own family/sister and BIL who will be retiring to this area in 2021. You will never settle for eye exams at Sam’s or Costco after leaving this establishment. Kudos to them all...especially Sandra who knows her eye wear & everything related, like Serena knows Tennis! Look no further!

Martha really helped my mom adjust her glasses she is so nice and helpful. Wonderful service. Much appreciated. We highly recommend Martha for any of your eye glasses needs!

First off Dr. Tracy Thi is excellent; she alone deserves 5+ stars. Dr. Thi is efficient, attentive, and thorough in her examinations, and is very personable. The problem with this Target Optical is just how poorly the store front operates. I'm somewhat accustomed to the idea that vision centers placed in big box retail outlets often give a lower level of customer service/care than dedicated practices, but this store takes it to another level. For the most part the staff is courteous, and nobody has ever been rude to me outside of a weirdly toned voice mail vaguely suggesting I was asking for too many trial contact lenses. After my initial exam with Dr. Thi (who again is a great doctor) we agreed on 4 lenses to try out, 1 they had in stock, and the others would be ordered. I was told by staff that they would call me in no more than a week later when the trials were delivered. 10 days passed, and I decided to go ahead and check in myself. When I called I was told nothing had come in, and that they'd call me when the orders came in. I waited 2 more days as I was running out of contacts, and called back myself, luckily the order was in I was told. When I arrived I was told only 1 of the lens types had come in, and that only the left eye had come in on top of that. I was given two boxes of one eye type, and told they'd call when the rest of the order came in. Short on lenses, I asked for another trial pack of the type initially given to hold out while we worked out what lenses I'd go with. A few hours later I received a call asking me not to open one of the boxes of the two I had just been given, and to return it, as the Dr. wanted me to try them with the proper prescription for both eye types (of course). About a week later I called back to check on the status of things, and the order had come in (nobody called me, of course). I was told the order had come in, and I returned with the unopened trial box as requested. Only 1 other of the trial types had come in (at least it was both eyes). I was still short 1 trial, and half another at this point. A week later the final trial type came in. It's been about a month, and I still haven't received the other half of the initial trial. Throughout all of this I have been told various things that don't really make sense by staff, including a voicemail that suggested I was requesting too many trials (when I've simply been waiting on the other eye for the first one for 4 weeks). My time has been wasted by repeated trips back to the location on notification that trials were in when they were not, and I've been patient. If that was it I'd probably not bother writing this, but it's not it. Today I called in yet again to inquire on the status of missing right eye prescription trial that I had been waiting on for 4 weeks, and was told by staff that the Dr. had decided she wanted me to use the 1-day lenses I had previously received, and that they would not be providing me with the other half of the 2 week trials I had been waiting on all this time. Frankly, I think staff is lying. I don't think a doctor suddenly out of the blue decides something like that, when the patient should be involved in the decision. Whoever is managing the front of that store is not running a properly organized outfit. So, if I could award 0 stars I would. Again, Dr. Thi is excellent, and if you're going here just for her, it's worth it; for any other sort of support it's a hard pass.

Absolutely loved the optometrist here. Super friendly, kind, profesional and thorough. Plus they were actually ready for my appointment at the scheduled time (so rare when you see doctors!) and never felt rushed at all.

Our entire family comes here for eye exams and we always have a great experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I've been going to Dr. Kowalski for well over 20 years and there's a reason I've stayed with him. Hes very thorough, never seems to rush u and always educates u on something new. He uses the latest technology during ur visit. His staff is also very amazing. The girls are so professional yet personable. They always help me decide which frames are better suited for me. If I can give them 10 stars I would!

Great place, Dr. Kowalski is always amazing, explains everything really well and most of all takes the time with you. The staff members are great as well always very helpful and friendly on any questions that you may have. I trust my family with them!
