A very efficient office from beginning to end. Very kind staff. Front desk excellent! Nick was incredible: explained everything and was super fast & efficient. Dr Spencer took the time to thoroughly review my daughters history and read her MRI report before making any decisions. He did multiple tests and it was nice to have immediate results. I have a medical background myself and have full confidence in his knowledge.

I needed to be quickly for an eye issue, and Heartland worked me into their schedule that afternoon. Each staff member I interacted with was great and cheerful, even at the end of the workday. Dr. Kent did a thorough exam and identified a few issues not identified in prior exams that require further monitoring. She had excellent patient skills, and provide me with great feedback on my issues. I would highly recommend this practice with anyone having special eye care needs.

Received my 1st refill tonight after getting my first hybrid full set 2 weeks ago and I’m hooked! Niah did a great job helping me to decide volume and type of curl when I got the initial set. She did extremely quick and thorough work with the refill tonight. The receptionists are so sweet and helpful too! Thanks Lash Lounge!

The doctor was amazing! He was so kind and informative. He answered many of my questions without me asking. He gave me options to choose from with my contacts and the staff were very helpful as I looked for new frames. Overall, it was an amazing experience & I’m so glad I went to LensCrafters!!! I just wish they were in-network with VSP. That would’ve made the experience so much better! 10/10 for sure!

I had a consultation to check if would be a good candidate for Lasik. The tests were thorough and unfortunately I was determined as not a good candidate to undergo the procedure. Though it's disappointing, I am glad that Dr. Parker shared the results with me and explained why it would be high risk for me with higher chances of complications from the procedure. I am appreciative that they were upfront about it.

Incorrect diagnosis, data retrieval method suspect at best. I was hurried through my exam on 5/17/21 and Dr. Greenley diagnosed me with glaucoma after reviewing my exam results with little interaction with me concerning conversation my family history, just made a comment stating glaucoma is common in African Americans. Needless to say, he immediately went into treatment options, one being a laser procedure that I could schedule within the week. I had second thoughts after scheduling the procedure, so I cancelled. Sought a 2nd opinion from another Doctor who stated there was nothing wrong with my eyes and my pressure was in the normal range for my age. Needless to say almost committed to an unecessary procedures due to a incorrect diagnosis. Chose wisely for who you trust with your eyes.

Such an organized and professional team. I have nothing negative to say about Dr Dib or his staff.
