Waited 55 minutes past appt. time. I understand Dr. Appts are estimates but not this long. The implication that they didn't care and that's too bad, didn't help.

The Doctor himself is really good about diagnosing but unfortunately I cannot say the same about his other staff. Dr Chin diagnosed my father with a hernia over a month ago but his staff has not been able to efficently get "the notes"prepared for surgery even though the insurance approved surgery over 2 weeks ago.

Implemented 'social distancing' in waiting area very well, is ahead of the curve.

Very professional and takes her time to make sure you get the right prescription.

A NIGHTMARE WASTE OF TIME!!! For going on 3 yrs, my top eyelids have been swollen hanging over my eye. This last yr. It has gotten worse to the point that it rubs on my glasses, can't wear makeup or contacts, etc. Not to mention embarrassing. It has started to impede my daily life. He sent me for an MRI and it didn't show anything. Just fluid. His answer was always "try this, come back in 3 mos.". Suggestions that I told him I'd already been doing for over a year with no success. He quickly says to keep doing it anyway and quickly walks out. Wouldn't address my frustrations about this waste of time. He leaves you to his assistant. Finally, he did it again when nothing was STILL NOT WORKING! He decided that I had Blepharitis and handed me an over the counter tear refresher. I have been taking every day, a prescription, steroidal eye drop for over a yr. Proving that the drops don't work to solve the problem. Come back in 3 mos. Clean your eyes with $45 foam. I DO NOT HAVE Blepharitis!!. I told him I've NEVER had a sore, crust, red or any symptom of this. It's just swollen. Come back in 3mos... I'm going to Inland Eye Specialists. If you have a job that you can't leave until after 3:00, you will never make their last appt. I'm not even going into what it took to just get to the appt. with work:(

Excellent doctor

With 2020 being what it is, I found myself in need of Emergency eye repair. I found this place by calling around for prices. These guys were friendly on the phone so I decided to see what they were about. Im a typical stubborn man and thought I couldnt afford to save my eye. Thank God I went! They whole Experiance was amazing! professional, caring and put together a plan for me to save my eye! Im forever grateful to the whole staff! Best urgent care I have ever received!
