The office lady was nice but the other assistant was kind of cold and rude. The doctor has a very strong Vietnamese accent and he is very arrogant, also rude and unprofessional. During my eye exam, the doctor kept showing me the similar images between red and green and asking the same questions, then he suddenly recommended the contact lens. When I asked for more information on it, he did not answer, then suddenly stood up and violently squirted some liquid into my eyes. Getting nervous, I asked him what it was, he said it's just water but it took me two days to completely clean the yellow color off. For any questions I asked, he replied with a silence and moved his chair back and forth angrily. He never looked at me directly when he talked, as if he was reading his text book out loud, so I just let him talk for not making him aggressive. At the end, I have realized it he pretends to be angry to cover up his knowledge lacking and to stop me from asking more questions he did not know the answers. It's too bad, I wish he could be more honest by saying he did not know or not sure. Will definitely not coming back, and I feel sorry for him that he needs to act this way to hide his inability of being a real doctor.

The staff and doctors are so kind and respectful of your time. I have been going there for years and have never been left waiting, or not been able to get an appointment time and date that I needed. The office is also very clean with a good selection of glasses.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The reception team was welcoming and efficient during check-in and my initial exam. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable, and the lady who helped me choose the perfect pair of specs was incredibly helpful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was traveling from KC to Estes Park when I began to have an eye flare. I have suffered from iritis and uveitis in the past due to an autoimmune condition. My ophthalmologist recommended that I see an ophthalmologist in CO urgently. With it being almost 3pm on a Friday I was extremely nervous that I would be unable to see a specialist since I was not a patient. I called multiple ophthalmologists in Boulder and I was so thankful the front desk (I cannot remember her name) was able to get me in with Dr. Long. Dr. Long was very thorough and provided me with medication and the number of the on call doctor in case I had further issues over the weekend (thankfully I didn't). I'm so thankful they were able to see me on such short notice and ease my anxiety while traveling from out of town. Thank you to Dr. Long and the rest of the staff!

My daughter and family have been dr Chen’ s patients for years. I’m sorry I did not go sooner. I’m very glad I did and was very happy to be able to choose my glasses as well. I gladly recommend Dr Chen and her associates
