My son is autistic and it was first eye exam. He is 5yrs old. The optometrist was patient and very friendly. We will be back in a year. His vision is fine

First, I gotta mention the doctor is really great. My appointment at 10:30 arrived at 10:10, and I was seen by an opthalmologist at 11:40, 11:40 could you imagine? In addition to that the lady at the reception was rude. Waiting time just ain't right.

I have seen both Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Leung - both fantastic individuals and thorough in their evaluations. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an optometrist in the SF area. The office environment is welcoming, clean, and front office staff is also phenomenal - please visit them.

The definition of a great neighborhood boutique. Phil helped me out when I had unexpectedly forgotten my contacts elsewhere. He took me on a whim and seriously saved my day (can't see anything without my contacts!). Cannot thank these folks enough - I'll be back for my eye exam.

Just okay. Staff member who conducted initial part of eye exam was clearly sick - sneezing, etc - not appreciated in light of current situation. Exam itself went well. They were definitely trying hard to upsell me on purchasing frames/lenses, but that's probably to be expected. Overcharged for exam (didn't account for an insurance benefit); begrudgingly reimbursed after I called back to inquire.

I bought two pair of glasses. Very disappointed. The frame is cracked and I barely wore them. The other frame it looks the two screws are different colors. I didn't even recognit until months later. I have glasses that I had for decades and there are in excellent shape. I am really in disbelief that their quality is so bad. I would never recommend them.

The exam was fast and the Dr efficient. I spent nearly 3 times what I planned on, but I did get a great deal on a pair of glasses along with my contacts, it was convenient and they worked fast. My glasses took a little longer to arrive than expected but I can't imagine that the location I visited was at fault in any way, considering how efficient they were.

The exam was thorough and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions. They had a very large selection of frames to choose from. I bought 2 pairs of glasses made and am satisfied with the workmanship.

Today I came here to ask for the sight prescription. I was really impressed by the receptionists and the O.D. I'm not sure about how the other places are like because this is my first time, but the instruments here look clean and reliable. I don't have insurance, so the total cost is $83.
