Have been going for greater than 15years. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, doctor is patient and answers questions. However, expect to spend time waiting to be seen and then waiting for the doctor. Could be my luck, but i am often left waiting for the doctor. Their frame selection is good.

Customer service has started to decline in certain areas but there’s a gentleman named Dr. Tarek Mohana who needs to hold courses at all Costco stores. Businesses are in business to make money. If a business is about to close in ten to fifteen minutes and one turns away a customer, that’s not a good business practice. Along with losing that customer’s business money is also being lost. Dr. Mohana appears to understand the practicalities of business. He understands the term “ going above and beyond “. The service that I received with Dr. Mohana of Special Eyes Optometry was five star ⭐️ just like at a five star restaurant. I highly recommend Dr. Tarek Mohana.

I had an appointment at eyelabs today in Plano. Adryan was helping me out. Wonderful service, great prices.

Highly recommend Dr. Marquez! I was able to go in for my yearly eye exam. He was prompt and very knowledgeable in his field. The best part is that the optical is right next door. I also chose my new pair of glasses. Looking forward to showing off my new pair of glasses…. We can never have too many!

The quality of care is exceptional, Dr. Lisa is fantastic! They help me understand my eyesight with all the tech they use, and Dr. Lisa never makes me feel pressured to do what I don’t want to do with my vision. She is informative and pleasant, and they provide trial pairs of contacts! They work with my insurance, so I don’t plan to change eye doctors as long as Dr. Lisa Muiller is there!

Checking in was a breeze worked with 3 people on my visit the 1st checked me in an did some paperwork an some tests very pleased an she new what she was doing 5 stars 2nd was the Doctor who was very professional felt like family with her 5 stars 3rd was a guy who knew so much about about the frames/ Insurance very professional 5 stars for him. The visit went well, but I would say I didn't like being scolded for being on time. I was told I should have been there 15 minutes early even though I showed them the e-mail showed my apt time was 10:45 and I was there at 10:45. I was told that they told me over the phone to be there 15 mins before time, which that call was like three months ago when they called me to make this apt. The doctor and the assistant were very nice professionals and took care of me.

The best gift to me this holiday season is the gift of new vision without corrective lenses. I chose to have LASIK done by Dr. Kerry Solomon, a worldwide renowned physician and amazing surgeon. I am blessed to be able to work closely with Dr Solomon on his team at Carolina Eyecare Physicians. I wanted to live my normal life without having to worry about finding my glasses or contacts. I can’t wait to be able to do my daily activities without having to wear glasses or contacts. My contacts would not be able to stay in my eyes for a long period of time because of the dryness and redness from wearing my contacts. My hobbies include paddle boarding and photography. I can’t wait to be in/on the water with non prescription glasses and being able to look through the camera lens without my glasses getting in the way. I want to thank Dr. Kerry Solomon and his team (my coworkers) for this special opportunity and amazing outcome. You are all the best and I am beyond happy with the outcome of vision! It’s amazing within 24 hours or less, vision is doing well! I can see!!

With the few one star reviews, I was a bit nervous about my appointment, but the whole staff was top notch. They greeted me pleasantly, ran on time, the person administering all my tests was kind and patient and had me giggling. Dr. Epstein is no nonsense, but kind and professional. She looked at the whole picture, followed up with my primary care doc, and gave me all my options. I am very pleased with the care I received and am happy to continue as her patient.
