I can say that the secretary was very nice and polite, the rest not the same. They have advanced equipment and online doctors that do the reading of tests, which is not helpful as having in person. The staff who works doing the test seems like she doesn't even want to do her job. Everyone except the secretary that day felt like they didn't want to work there.

Dr. William Huang is such an amazing doctor and I am so thankful for my recent visit with him. He is so knowledgeable and provides information about the tests that he'll be administering. He explains the results and the eye condition in layman terms and he's happy to answer all questions. I am truly grateful for my visit with him. I will highly recommend Dr. William as your next optometrist. His front office team is also very friendly and supportive. I was so happy with Maria's customer service. She provides exceptional customer service and is so happy to serve us(including customers prior to me). She is professional, friendly and works so efficiently with customers and handles transactions effortlessly.

Belkis is so helpful. She took the time to help me find the perfect frames. I would recommend this store to anyone who is in search for glasses.

My eye doctor referred me to the Milan Eye Center. I didn’t think I would have had the most wonderful experience fromthe surgical coordinator, Courtney to Dr. Patel and his wonderful surgical staff. Dr. Patel’s surgical staff made me feel so comfortable before, during and of course after my cataract surgery. I highly recommend this eye center for all your eye care needs. Thank you, Milan Eye Center for an excellent eye care experience.

The young lady at the front desk on 10.27.23 at 1:30pm was amazing. She did an amazing job with my glasses, gave me the proper case and made me feel so welcome! Great job!!!!

I needed to replace one of my nose pads and purchase an eyeglass case. Heather was such a pleasure to work with. She helped me pick out a case for my dad's eye glasses and she replaced both nose pads so they would match and she did it at no cost (nose pads)! I got in an out so quickly and it was all done on my way going home. Heather at the Lenscrafters on the Berlin Tpke was a lifesaver!

Dr Reyna is thorough when doing my eye exam. Staff is always helpful and friendly.. Definitely recommend NW Family Eye Care.

I finally decided to get me some glasses and went here. Recommended by my mom. Great place. Clean. They are taking temperature as soon as you walk in. Sanitized. Customer service was Excellent and best part was how quick I got my glasses. Thank you.
