Dr. Han is awesome! She took her time with me, didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She explained everything to me very well and made sure that I understood what she was talking about. She is extremely efficient and has a lovely personality!

Very professional and explained every phase of the exam. Didn't seem to be rushing just to get to the next patient. Made me feel comfortable. Everyone at LensCrafters took the time to explain the options and prices to go with. Would highly recommend this branch.

Doctor and other staff are not that friendly like the previous ones. It seems like they are not happy with what they do and where they work. They make you feel like they are rushing you to get appointment done and pick your glasses so you’re out in there.. They look at you like you don’t have money to pay for your glasses.

My experience with Jcpenney Optical is horrible they said it takes 7-10 business days for a pair of Glasses and now Alejandra who has been helping me said I have to wait 3 weeks for the glasses. She never said that if would off I would off go somewhere else. I will be notifying my insurance about this. Customers dont deserve to be lied to. Please go somewhere else where they r gonna treat you good like you deserve.

I was diagnosed with cataracts in December of 2021. After having many problems with my insurance, I was finally referred to Dr. Capistrano in November of 2022. By then my cataracts were thick to the point that I was blind. She was able to choose the correct prescription for my implants. She was able to quickly schedule me for surgery. I have had both eyes done and wonderfully clear vision.
Thank you Dr. Capistrano for my sight. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Capistrano was very caring and professional. The previous ophthalmologist had told me nothing was wrong with my eyes, even though I was having blurred vision. I, thankfully, went to Dr. Capistrano for a second opinion. She found severe cataracts in both eyes. Thanks to her I received the surgery I needed, and can see again.
Will NEVER go to anyone else!

When I first met Dr. Angel Capistrano, I immediately felt calm and at home. I felt confident in her abilities because I know that she already did a great job on performing the cataract surgeries of my parents. I knew that with her i was going to be okay and safe... Her staff were all very professional, caring and accomodating in answering all my inquiries. Dr. Capistrano, upon learning my situation, mobilized everything and made sure that i could have my surgery set up by referring me to a primary physician and assisting me with all the tests necessary for me to be cleared for the surgery. After the procedure, I can now see better! I am so grateful for Dr. Capistrano's skill and professionalism! I cannot praise her enough! I am a very satisfied patient.
