Great place to go they take good care of you even go out of there way to make sure you get the best service I would recommend everyone to come here don’t doubt there service they even teach you a thing or two about your eyes don’t wait schedule now Ps I scheduled for a later day and had forgot that I’m a week earlier and luckily they weren’t so busy that they were able to accommodate me in there convenience

Great service and very professional. So happy I found them in Moreno Valley for my contact lenses and reading glasses.

I called and they refused my IEHP coverage for first visit and I was a adult. If I was under the if 21 and not a new patient then my IEHP would be be valid.

Nicely decorated for the season, fast service with appointment, friendly staff. Took my daughter, the staff was patient, they work well with children in my opinion.

I went here for emergency exam and they were able to fit me in. After going to emergency room I still felt like I had something in my eye. The female Dr I saw was my saving grace she saw there was still something in my eye numbed me and removed it. I couldn't be more grateful after two days of new meds my eye returned back to normal and I could see again. I'm couldnt be more happy with the treatment and service I got. Thank you guys again for fitting me in !!!

Ericka in the back makes each visit an awful time having to deal with her side comments and attitude. The lady with short hair next to her at the table to the left of the women’s sunglasses section also has her fair share of comments but not as direct to the customers as Ericka. I’ve witnessed Ericka telling other patients to just go elsewhere instead of actually offering to help and have seen/heard her make comments about myself when I step away for a few moments. She really loves to listen in on everyone else’s business even when she’s not the one taking care of the patient being assisted nor is of help to them in any way. For instance, as soon as I walked from whoever was helping me she stepped in and asked what’s going on with what I need assistance with, only to make more unnecessary comments. I don’t understand her need to insert herself into everyone’s conversations if she is not going to help with the issue. Her customer service needs much improvement as this is not a one time thing as I’ve been coming here for years and it really makes the customers uncomfortable and not welcomed.

I visited Dr Vu at ECO looking to see if the treatment for Vertical Heterophoria might work for me. She was very thorough in our first session. She really took the time to listen to me describe my symptoms and was genuinely concerned about finding a way to reduce them. Thanks to her knowledge and effort, my quality of life has drastically improved by wearing the lenses she prescribed. She’s a lovely and caring Dr and I highly recommend her. Thank you, Dr Vu, for what you do!

I’ve been coming here for 7+ years and trust Dr. Vu and her staff completely. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment system is great - they are quick to return messages and also use texting system to confirm and communicate. Dr. Vu is so personable and very knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about this practice.

Dr Chandran and his amazing staff are absolutely, with no doubt, one of the most kind and courteous Medical offices in Modesto! I have been a patient since it first opened its doors. Keep up the great work!
