I called and left a message about wanting to get my glasses fixed because they were scratched and still under warranty. Funny that I never received a call back ever, and now the warranty is expired. This isn’t the first time this office has messed up with contact or lens orders for my husband and I. We will be taking out business elsewhere, and you should too.

I am writing this from the room we have been sitting in for nearly 2 hours waiting to be seen by the eye Doctor for my 1 yr old daughter. They stated it is always like this and if I reschedule I’m likely to face the same problem. I Would not recommend this place due to poor experience, rude assistant and long wait times.

Dr Sheety is by far the best eye doctor around, especially for difficult or challenging eye conditions. He focuses on specific needs of his patients as opposed to a generalized approach, resulting in the most customized care possible. This approach resulted in the restoration of my sight with acuity I never thought possible, considering how much my sight had deteriorated (due to misdiagnosis,etc) over the years prior to making him my doctor.

My dad, Fred Lindy went to this office. They are amazing and took such great care of him. He would write the review, but doesn't have a google account. He cannot say enough of how wonderful the staff is! Thank you for everything!! Truly amazing staff and doctors.

CAUTION: ALERT: This office has a concerning policy of requiring all customers to pay $170 upfront, regardless of what their insurance card says.
