Staff is EXTREMELY rude and it’s very disappointing to see people treat other people like this. I felt horrible by the way me and my children were treated. I do NOT recommend this office at all 😢 …

Initially I was okay with our service, we had a few ladies who were less than delightful, just sort of indifferent. Well, since our first visit we have been back twice more for contact learning class. These ladies are saints! Wow! They are sooo very patient. Today we had Joye and Alicia. So so so kind. I would highly recommend coming here to learn about contacts. They explain/help/encourage. I'm sure my daughter will get there...one day and it will be largely due to the kindness of the ladies who work here! Dr. Jeffries was great too. We have spent much more time in the contacts area!

I had a wonderful experience here! The doctor was kind, took her time with me, and was very helpful during my appointment. I didn't feel rushed which was lovely. Guillaume helped me shop for glasses, he was so lovely! He was helpful with offering suggestions, while also ensuring I found what I wanted and was comfortable. Everyone was patient, took their time, and didn't try to upsell me on everything. It was a genuine quality experience. I will be back for sure.

Dr. Morimoto is a very good and deserves 5 stars. I only gave him 4 stars due to his support staff who can be difficult at times. I have had to speak with the office manager in regards to situations that arose.

Dr Selvadurai is a wonderful provider. He takes the time to explain things and answers questions. He's been available to us after hours when we have emergencies. He even sent us to another specialist when we had a case he hadn't seen before. Highly recommend.

Bespoke Vision is amazing at eye care! Their facilities are top notch, but the staff and doctors are even more amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Dr McGee successfully treated my dry eye when no one else could!

I absolutely loved my experience here today! I came here because my eye doctor wanted to check a hole near my retina and he referred me here. It ended up being something totally different which I was quite relieved about. Dr Richard Kaplan was very nice & so was the staff. This place is very clean & nice & I also loved that it’s not too far from where I live either. I highly recommend this place!! ❤️

I've been a patient since corneal transplants many years ago. The service has been good from the front desk and absolutely amazing from the all the doctors. Of course restoring my eyesight was the most wonderful thing provided but the follow up on surgeries and the annual checkup care has exceeded any other office I have ever had. Dr. Lynn is phenomenal at looking for ways to correct my vision and suggesting treatment plans for my dry eyes. The care is worth the drive from Fort Wayne to there office.

I have purchased two sets of glasses and had one repair. Service was quick, pricing fair, and in the case of my repair, handled same day! Ms. Laquanda Mitchell & Taylor Powell were very helpful. If you are in need of glasses or contacts in the westbank look no further!!!

I had an amazing experience at CEENTA SouthPark from the moment I walked into the building until the moment I left. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, which made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone took the time to make sure I was taken care of and that all of my questions were answered. And Dr. Melton is truly a gem! Their professionalism, care, and genuine compassion made the visit even better. It’s clear that they really care about their patients. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for great care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
