Absolutely love the people here! Had some frames that a membership store wouldn’t touch! Came in and the gals here had me in and out in no time, a short time later they called me to let me know they were done. Wow best pair of glasses I’ve owned! 10/10 clean ,super friendly , professional… can’t say enough about the people here. Much love! Customer for life now

I have been going to see Suzie Wong since I was 10, I am 26 now. She has been the most caring doctor I have ever had. My eye condition is never a job to her, it has always been her first priority to make sure I am taken care of. I appreciate her and all her practice has to offer. I was referred to her and I would refer her to anyone looking for a doctor that cares.

Love Dr. Wong she takes her time and never in a rush, I've been coming to her for over 12 yrs and also my family. Her staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for all you do to make sure my vision is good. *****

Friendly staff, but it’s SUPER SLOW here. The ticket machine is counter productive. Instead of making people wait for an hour, maybe just use a simple text system. I could have shopped at the Costco get everything, but instead I waited a couple of hours to pick up a pair of glasses.

Andrea is the best. She is very professional, friendly, patient, and sincere. The best customer service that we have encountered for a long time. My wife is so happy with her service.

The selection here isn't the best, especially for Asian clientele and it sucks that they no longer give out the glasses cleaner with the nozzle. Some of the less expensive lenses also have this strange blue glare that shows up whenever you are using electronics and it's very annoying. But they are great for repairing glasses.

I am giving only 3 stars because even when I ask for a specific optometrist, I am given an appointment with whoever the receptionist pleases. This happened to me for the third and last time, even though I have been having my eyes checked here for many years and have been happy with the services for the most part. There is 1 practioner who, while very nice, simply doesn't seem to ever listen to what I am saying or asking, which was proven yet again at my latest appointment.

Receptionist has zero customer service. Went to book an appointment but seeing her interaction with the customers ahead of me disappointed me i walked away without the appointment. Eye doctor is great but if everytime i go in i have to see her then I'm good looking somewhere else.

It's inside Walmart. Staff was friendly an took their time helping pick out the right frames for my face. There was a few issues but it all got worked out an I had my glasses in a few days.
