I love to go to Dr. Randy... My eye exam is always thorough and Dr. Randy is upbeat and kind. Susan is great too--she checks in on you ( no big wait between eye tests) and she is quick to note the insurance coverage to help on decisions on lenses and glasses. They are accommodating and kind.

I recommend Griffin Optometric for your eye care needs. The offices have state of the art equipment and doctors are up to date with the latest in eye care. Dr. Randy Griffin recently treated me for a corneal abrasion. I had many follow-up visits until my eye was healed. I am grateful for his professionalism and caring attitude.

The staff at the front desk is rude and condescending. In addition their service is horrible. Waited two weeks for an appointment then when I arrived informed me that they do not accept my insurance! Don’t you think they would have checked when I called to make the appointment?? Go to Costco for routine exams and prescriptions. Something I learned the hard way. I will never be back.

I was visiting from Denver, and lost my last pair of contact lenses. Not only was Dr. Nota able to see me immediately upon arrival to San Clemente, he administered a full examination of my eyes, and provided contacts that were available in the office. The office was super professional, and were even was able to apply my Colorado insurance plan to the visit. I have never been treated so kindly. I highly recommend this team for your eye care needs!
