I had 2 cataracts removed over a 2 month period. The facility was very clean and organized. The prep time was on time and efficient. I felt very comfortable. The surgery was smooth and effective. I can now see near and far (Mono Vision). My vision is the best it has ever been. What a great pleasure it is to see clearly and with no glasses needed. Thank you Dr. Joson for your most excellent work.

I’ve been treated by Dr Joson for many years to manage my glaucoma. I had some challenges but Dr Joson was able to solve the problems and achieve the desired result. It’s always a pleasant interaction. Professional, competent, and personable. I don’t feel rushed or like just a number on a chart. I feel very confident recommending this office to anyone in need of specialized eye care.

Very friendly customer service. Flew in from out of town and discovered my Maui Jim prescription glasses were missing a nose piece. They graciously fixed them for me as a walk in client. Thank you very much!

Dr.Rick Abelson is an excellent optometrist! He gets my eyeglasses prescription just right. I always appreciate the extra time he takes to adjust my new glasses so they fit securely/properly when they arrive. Sima and Dahlia in the front office are excellent as well and they always are very helpful and informative. Also they offer some really neat glasses frames for both prescription sunglasses and normal eyeglasses! Thank you so much to the team at Gateway Village Optometry!

My experience was great Irene made booking so easy. Dr.U was also very nice and had great communication skills. Irene was so helpful with choosing the right pair of glasses. She even took the time to adjust them once they arrived. Great staff and customer service will be coming again.

I went in to get specific glasses that I had been wanting. Irene is your go to person. She was very helpful and I am glad that she assisted me with everything. I was shown the difference between lenses and other features that I did not understand. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything.
