Wonderful service!!! I had the opportunity to take my kids for a vision exam and get new glasses. Dr. Dacanay's and staff were great, very attentive and patient especially with my youngest. I would gladly recommend Dr. Dacanay's office to family and friends.

Highly recommend this place, everyone is friendly and their service is reliable and efficient. They will help you accommodate your appointment for the best time possible and the speed in which you receive your glasses is better than other places I’ve been to. I’m glad that I gave them a chance and I thank them for they wonderful service, They offer a great service for the community

Amazing! In a day when small businesses are being edged out and bespoke is $$$, Jim is a rare find. Not only are his prices super reasonable, but I literally walked in and out with a finished product before my kids could even get bored, lol. Jim replaced my scratched up lenses with the perfect shade of polarized new ones in under 10 min, when everyone else said they don't work with designer/high end frames for fear of breaking them, or outsource to a lab... the difference is Jim has his own lab! And he is such a nice man too... so thankful to have found this place and highly recommend :)

Just had my glasses repaired at Valley optical, he did an amazing job, and I would recommend him to everyone.

I have only negative experiences with Dr Hernandez. Everytime I have questions about my eye exam or condition, he wants to get me out of there quick, instead of nicely answering my questions and helping me understand. He gives the impression that he is only there to make money, not to help his patients. He has no clue about customer relations and establishing patient trust. Very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and SNARKY!

Drove from Los Angeles only because I had a good experience on my first visit. But ran into traffic on my way to an appointment and was refused service. This after driving apx an hour and twenty minutes just to be turned away. I was willing to wait but was told the Dr wasn’t able to squeeze me in… the front office is inconsiderate, lacks empathy and definitely needs training on customer service! With this type of front office I wouldn’t be surprised if the next time I’m in this area that this office would be closed due to refusing customers hurting their overall revenue. I Would not come back, that for sure. NEXT➡️

Being in the medical / healthcare arena myself, I recognize a great Dr immediately! Dr. Joson not only takes true time with his patients, he has wonderful bedside manner, he really cares for his patients and he is extremely up to date on the latest medical procedures / techniques for his field! I absolutely recommend him!
