Over 4 years I've been here twice, once for a piece of metal in my eye (wear safety goggles everyone!), and once for an infected stye that got to the size of pea (painful and disgusting). Setting up each appointment via phone was very quick. Wait times were minimal. Treatment for each problem was handled very completely and professionally. Clerical and medical staff were professional, polite, and helpful.

So happy to find a Black-owned & operated optimetrist on Cascade Rd that definitely aims for top-notch service & products. Dr. Williams & his staff are professional yet friendly & easy to talk with. He definitely invested in a minimalist but lovely office space, quality testing equipment, & fashionable frames. This was my first time getting trendy feminine frames for my larger head, so I am really appreciative. I'm a very happy customer and have no plans to switch ever again!

This is my first time seeing Dr. Liu as I needed my prescription updated before I get my glasses at Paris Miki. She and her staff are very friendly and were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. Dr. Liu puts you at ease with her funny remarks. She is efficient and very good at what she does. The office seems to have the latest in technology with all the fancy machines. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be coming back.

This review is for Dr. Amritha Sundaresan office ONLY. Dr. Khan has been wonderful and extremely helpful in diagnosing my glaucoma symptoms. However, due to her medical leave, I was referred to Dr. Amritha Sundaresan for follow-up — and the experience has been unacceptable. Dr. Sundaresan insisted on redoing the entire set of tests, but the first appointment ran almost an hour late, and at the second appointment I waited over 40 minutes and still had not been seen. A doctor’s time is valuable, but so is the patient’s. Running late once in a while is understandable, but being consistently late is a serious problem. If the practice is scheduling more patients than it can realistically see, then it needs to reduce the volume so patients are not forced to rearrange their entire day around excessive delays.

This is a terrible clinic to come to. Staff are unorganized; they do not know how to take down information and instead of helping the clients, they gossip. I arrived at 2:30pm (with an appointment and 2:45) and was not called in until …

These guys are shady as hell. They charged my insurance $150 for 3 boxes of 6 lenses but once I look up the prices online they're cheaper. Once I brought this up to their attention I was told that that what they charge. Definitely not coming to this place again. I could've had double the contacts for just a few bucks more.

I have been going to Dr. Flanagan for over 25 years and she also was seeing my son who has been wearing glasses for over 20 years. Dr. Flanagan is very polite and professional. Since I am in a working position to be able to refer patient to her, they have also been pleased with her work. She really aspects her office staff to be polite and professional and that makes a great office experience all together.

I had such a wonderful experience with Tabitha at W. Optical! She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Tabitha took the time to make sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made the whole process enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my choice and very well taken care of. I highly recommend Tabitha to anyone looking for excellent service and a warm, welcoming experience!
