It is easy to tell that Dr. Matityahu really cares about her patients and what they are experiencing. I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt that she not only listened to me but truly cared about what I was going through and the roadblocks I was facing. She helped me consider several solutions, checked things when I wanted to be reassured, and treated me with respect as if we were truly working together to improve and sustain my reproductive health. She is the best OBGYN I have ever had and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Whoever answered the phone was rude to my wife. Disrespectful and argumentative about changing the appointment. We decided to go to another doctor who is better qualified and has a friendly caring staff. Life is too short for this kind of demeaning treatment

I just wanted to take the time to publicly thank Jesse for his amazing work. I called the store reluctantly to see if they would be able to fix my daughter’s glasses as they were being held together with gorilla tape, and Jesse said he would take a look at them and see what he could do. Well, not even 10 minutes later, Jesse came back with her glasses fixed and not to mention at no charge! We will definitely be back to this LensCrafters location all thanks to Jesse and his kindness. Thank you Jesse!

Dr. Sandra Mann's professionalism, expertise, and knowledge is beyond reproach. Dr. Mann is the first Optometrist to take time to sit with me and explain my eyesight problems. She's well educated, thoughtful, caring, and is dedicated to you as a person and patient. Her office is efficient and her staff is amazing. I was running late for my appointment and instead of rescheduling me. They saw me. That's customer service you rarely see in the medical field! I finally found an Optometrist that is worthy of my dedication to them and their practice. Dr. Sandra Mann is a unicorn in the medical field, and I am grateful to have finally found my life long eye doctor!

The person who answer the call is Not easy to work with. Disappointed

There was some confusion at the office with my appointments and a double medical record profile. Which created confusion as to why I was there for a 2nd appointment. Otherwise, they were great. Went in for a medical issue, the staff doing the testing and Dr. Theil were all great. My eye exam was a week later and again, great staff and care through it all. I'll be going back. The office manager seemed aware of my double records and will hopefully get those combined for future appointments.

I can’t praise Dr. Chung and his team enough. I was very nervous about having a surgical eye procedure done but Dr. Chung and his staff put me at ease from the start. Throughout the procedure Dr. Chung explained what he was doing and told me how it was going. Some people may not like that but it made me feel comfortable and in good hands.
