Got there at 815 for 8 am appt. Front desk did not start working til 830a but after that everything proceeded quickly. Technicians seemed proficient. Dr Patel,OD was knowledgeable and thorough. She inspired confidence. She was also appropriately friendly. I did not feel rushed Also it is DIRECTLY across from Maimonides hospital so if you have doctors at the hospital this office is perfect to allow you to do two appointments in one day

Most of the office staff were friendly. Dr. Brown was great at explaining my condition and potential surgery options. The office was very cold and the wait was 2 hours. I understand he is in big demand so next time I will be prepared with a sweater, my phone charger abd ear buds to make the wait more tolerable.

Great experience. Amber was awesome as a tech, talking through everything that was going to happen. She was so friendly and personable. I felt very comfortable and at ease due to Amber. I did the telemedicine visit, and the online doctor was so good, listening to me, reviewing my results and giving me the best eye exam I have ever had. Recommend them to everyone!

Working Juana was a very delightful. She has great customer service skills and experience. She understood our needs and went out of her way to get the best pricing for our eye glasses and assisted us picking the best eye glasses. I’ve had 2 pair of glasses done there for myself and 2 for my mother in the last 2 years and we’re very satisfied with the service and quality of the glasses.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The staff was professional but also very customer service friendly. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of them better as I go through my cataract surgery. Dr. Pirnazar answered all my questions and I left the office knowing I am in good hands. Well done NVISION!

I have known Dr. Cid for over 30 years. There is no other Dr. who has the patience she has. My very first experience was a contact lens fitting. To this day we still laugh about it. I don't write reviews often, but Dr. Cid merits more than 5 stars. There is no one else I would trust my eyes to.

Not reliable I bought an expensive frame, it broke in 2 weeks, I went there to replace it, but after going there 5 times in 2 months, they wanted to charge me $120 more for another frame.

Great doctors and staff!

I've been coming here for the past few years and everyone on the eye team is so friendly and very helpful. I've seen both Doctors and they are great. Dr. Todd is very nice and takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. Jillian was very helpful when trying to pick frames. She has a great sense of style and helped me pick the perfect pair. I'm very happy with the care received and would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with my 1st visit at Norwalk Eye Care Assoc. It was easy to get an appointment. Dr. Nizami was great! She’s very skilled and compassionate. Her staff went above and beyond in helping me get my prescription.

Good Doctor for the whole family. Good service and excellent care.
