I do not recommend this place at all. The receptionist is always nice and they’re great, however Dr.Hinojosa was unpleasant and very rude. I needed a regular eye and contact exam I declined dilation and the additional pictures yet they still took the pictures. Hinojosa still wanted to dilate my eyes and I kept saying no. She asked what brand contacts I use and I told her, she chuckled and said “oh no those are no good” I said well they’ve been great for me for the last 8 years so I don’t change them. She tried pressuring me into getting daily’s, I said no thank you I like my bi-weekly ones, I explained why and she kept arguing with me. She said “I don’t care what patients say we know no one switches them out when they should so daily’s or monthly’s are better” and got flustered when I said that’s great but I do and if I didn’t that would be my own problem and fault. She tried pushing some brand of contacts on me and I kept saying no and she wouldn’t let it go so I assume she benefits from sales somehow, she refused to let me order my preferred brand. I called back to order the ones I wanted because I did not want to deal with that woman anymore and the receptionist told me she couldn’t because Hinojosa wrote the brand I said I did not want on the prescription so I then had to wait for her to change it which took a couple a couple of days.

Do please reviews before seeing this doctor. He was very condescending to myself and family after bringing up the issues of having poor, blurred vision as well as having dozens of dark floaters in my father’s operated eye. He took our concerns very defensively and with nonchalance said that it doesn’t matter to him if we continue to have the cataract surgery on the other eye or not. We were there as patients needing his expertise and guidance but he had such poor bedside manners and lack of empathy for us just tossing my father’s head around saying you are fine when he was obviously not reading any of the letter on the eye chart correctly, saying floaters are nothing he can do about, and was just so uncaring. We found a new doctor and got a retina specialist to find a solution for my father’s now poor vision.

My daughter was seeing Siatkowski don’t get me wrong he’s a great doctor yesterday I spent five hours at her eye appointment and that should not happen with a five-year-old. I really want to talk to somebody about this.

Fantastic office staff. Super friendly, and got me in the same day for an emergency. Dr. G was very personable and took her time explaining everything to me. Perfect experience

A first time visit and was THRILLED to have found a great eye care team with Be Seen Optics. Dr. Camen was not only extremely personable but was also thorough in her exam and explained everything clearly. And what can I say about David? The BEST eye frame fitter EVER. Loads of fun and very knowledgeable in fit, fashion and function. I think the first time I have had someone work so hard to help me find the perfect frame. If I could give more than 5 stars in this review, I would.

I was super lucky to get my appointment booked day of since most times they’re already booked weeks out. (makes sense!) James was assisting on my eye exam and was beyond phenomenal!! I was quite nervous once I realized how poor my vision has become. James and Doctor Cohen made me feel comfortable through out it all and I will for sure be coming back, Thanks again James!!

My wife and I came in for an appointment with Dr Howard- Diane Hooten and met Laura at the front desk. She was so professional, so pleasant and kind. Diane and I agreed her smile would light up a room and her spirit truly reflects St Luke’s and what the stand for to us. She was a breath of fresh air!! We also met Hannah, she was so helpful to Diane and so very professional. She fits the standard we’ve come to expect at St Luke’s after coming for so many years! I’ll bet Dr Howard is happy to have such a competent, professional and kind supporter like Hanna. Diane had her check up and had her lens laser Ed, what a great visit it was. I love this place! Everyone is so nice. They Have state of the art machines and a great selection of eyeglasses. Dr. Fraire is awesome, Rex is wonderful and Eymis is so nice. Love this place!
