I have been going to Dr. Hartman for 20 years. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to several optometrist in my lifetime and Dr. Chang is by far the best one. She cares truly about every one of her patients. I’ve been wearing contacts for years in the recent months my eyes have become irritated this last time was really bad so bad that I needed a professional opinion so I called her office and asked if she could see me it was a Saturday. She squeezes me in last minute she prescribed me antibiotics and even called me on Sunday when her office was closed to see how I was doing and has followed back up with me since then to see my improvement. We are working on a plan so that I can wear my contacts again but she doesn’t want to give me the green light to wear them until she feels it’s safe for me to do so. I love her and trust my eyes in her hands completely. Highly recommend her office. She has a great team too John is always so patient with me when choosing the right glasses he’d sit there and let me try them all on if that’s what I needed in order to find the perfect pair. A little update: I stopped by yesterday to pick up my husbands glasses and I saw Dr. Chang I told her that I was getting my eyelashes done this Friday after months of not getting them done due to the infection I had mentioned above she told me that she had actually been thinking about me and had something for me she gave me a spray to clean my eyelashes. When I tell you that she truly cares about her patients its because its true. She's a gem.

Very good customer service. I had ordered regular glasses and sunglasses, but only my sunglasses were ready. The promise date was September 8, and the sunglasses were ready on August 31. I don’t understand why if only one pair could be ready early, why couldn’t it have been the regular glasses since they are so much more important.

Dr takes the time to listen. The office is amazing. Dr. is my absolute favorite! The staff are sweet and very attentive. I’ve recommended it to my family and friends.

Dr. Hixson was very pleasant and relaxed. Made me feel like I was visiting family, not just someone she had to do business with. Kristina was patient with me as I chose my frames. She helped me narrow down my selection and helped choose what looked great and fit my face best. She was very friendly. Other staff were nice as well, I just didn’t get their names. I purchased two pair of bifocals for just $142!

Staff were all very professional and competent. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor. One patient who had an appointment scheduled 45 minutes after mine with the same doctor, got in before I did. Seems their scheduling could use some work.

Really professional but easy and friendly environment with top notch selection of glasses to choose from. I personally had a great experience and 100% satisfied with my glasses. I can finally truly see and I have been missing out. Thanks mike.

Most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met first and foremost may I say if anything ever feels wrong with your eyes don't ever do a getcare urgently no matter how minor it may seem it could end up as serious as mine but the loss of vision completely in my right eye, now I met dr. Schwartz as he was the on-call doctor to follow up with after I left the ER I am blessed to have met him he tried everything he could went above and beyond for me and truly felt compassionate about my niece and my well being and financial circumstances I don't think I could possibly ask for anything more from a doctor but him and his staff ra1 I don't just recommend him I tell everyone if you need an eye doctor that is your guy

Truly the kindest and most gentle and helpful doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. Staff is always friendly and can just turn a bad day into a great one.

LONG wait times. He accepts walk-ins which throws him behind with booked appointments. If you complain, he is rude.
