Both the receptionist and the optometrist were incredibly rude and incompetent. I have came here before before because it was affordable and and the optometrist was good. I used to pay less than $100 for my entire family. Now, they are charging over $300. Defintely not worth it. I will never come back here while they are here. I would not reccomend coming here to anyone.

Turnaround time unacceptable. And staff very rude. With all the add ons go to a local optometrist it’s cheaper and you will definitely be treated better. And revive your glasses within a month

I have been going to Wise Eyes for a while now. I recently stopped in and found out that they were bought out and are now Forward Vision. They are currently open and expanding. Lina was working when I stopped in and she was amazing! She was super helpful and able to multi task with multiple customers. I picked at least ten pairs of eye glasses I liked and she sat with me and gave me her opinion on each one. She was so friendly and made the experience extremely easy and fun! Lina is very knowledgeable and I really appreciated her assistance. I am looking forward to going back for another pair of glasses soon! So glad to have this new store in our neighborhood!

Great service from Manager Josh. He is patient and gives good advice. Quality is good even though the frame is BJ brand very comfy for low nose bridge person and the price is affordable. Very nice follow up and quick service. Will recommend to others

Always well-organized, great staff, has late hours (our appt was at 5:30) and amazingly smart. Did fabulous cataract surgeries on both eyes last year, now my husband's turn! Highly recommend.

I met Dr Monzavi near closing time for an urgent visit due to eye pain. Despite the late hour, Dr. Monzavi treated me very respectfully and courteously. He not only took the time to diagnose the issue with my eye, but to explain how it happened and future prevention. He went so far as to offer to take a picture with my phone through his equipment so I could see exactly what he saw, and the severity of my issue. Dr. Monzavi is beyond great. He is a wonderful doctor and I will be taking my family to him for all of our eye care needs.

Amazing! Fast in to exam room, efficient and thorough. Was educated and all questions answered in detail. The whole team was fantastic!

i’ve been here 3 times now. each time everyone has gotten more and more passive aggressive and condescending. i typically don’t go to doctors of any kind due to financial reasons, and my experiences here were borderline traumatic for someone who doesn’t typically go to doctors. dr baier did *try* to save the appointment by the end, but the damage had been done. i will never go back. i will never recommend this office. none of the “professionals” at this location know how to speak to people with empathy and respect.

Today's appointment was perfect as usual. I arrived a bit early and was taken in immediately. The tests(4) were administered efficiently and all my questions were answered professionally and thoroughly like always. I waited less than 5 minutes to see Dr. Z. and he spent about 15 minutes with me. I have been coming here since he did my lasik surgery over 12 years ago. I'm comfortable with the doctors and staff members here and trust them completely.

Very pleased with the care and concern I receive from Dr. Dayani and staff. He thoroughly explains my condition and the follow up. The technicians are courteous and especially careful insuring cleaning of equipment before and after testing. Highly recommend this practice.

I switched ophthalmologists several years ago to Dr. Blacklock and I'm very pleased that I did. I just completed cataract surgery on both eyes with her as the surgeon. The outcome has been incredible, I will no longer need glasses now that she has completed these procedures. She recommended the panoptix lens and it is absolutely superb. She is a skilled surgeon, and extremely knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate caregiver.
