I saw Dr Esser for the first this , he notice that I may have a shift change to my vision and educated me on my diagnosis recommended to see see my PCP , he was right . I recommend Dr Esser if you want a caring and detailed doctor.

Dr. Esser is amazing! He is very thorough and ensures that I understand my diagnosis from A to Z. I highly recommend him if you want a compassionate, caring, kind doctor with a sense of humor. My visits with him are always a joy and his energy radiates through the rest of the staff.

Dr Esser is a great doctor. However his staff is awful. Rude and not helpful. We will never go back. The front house needs to support the patients.

Loved my experience! Dr. Tang was incredibly thorough and detailed when examining me, and I felt like all my concerns were addressed. She did tests that my previous optometrist never bothered to do, and I felt like every part of my eye was being properly assessed. She also took the time to explain each step to me- how each exam works and what I could practice to improve my eye health in the long run. I especially appreciate her expertise in Ortho-K and how she was able to address all my issues. I didn’t JUST feel like it was an adequate experience; Dr. Tang really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate the advice she left me and will be recommending her to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Tang!

Kid Friendly optometrist, answers any questions you have and explains what she is doing and testing for as she goes. She helped us understand our benefit and match up with our prescription needs 😊 It's convenient to have Target Optical in our local Target store that accepts our vision insurance 🙌 and when you need to purchase frames or extras you can use the Red Card discount if there are any out of pocket expenses!! Also a large variety of frames to choose from. The kids loved the colorful Cat & Jack frames. They have quality value frames and designer options as well. So glad we opted to go with Dr. Mai Tang through Target Optical.

Dr. Tang and the staff at target optical are wonderful. We have been going for a few years and they always make us feel welcomed and heard. Dr. Tang answers all concerns and questions. They staff are so helpful with explaining insurance and picking out glasses.

Not very professional. The place is a mess and disorganized. They didn’t stick to the appointment time. They couldn’t find my account information despite being there 6 months prior. The prices aren’t posted and I was given a higher price when I got there versus what was quoted by phone. I told them so, then they lowered the price. Almost like haggling prices at a flea market or something. Bizarre. To top off the whole experience, when the glasses came in the prescription was wrong. It’s like they’re trying to be terrible at running this place. I’ll never go back again. What a waste of time and money.

I have been to Dr. Kim for many years now. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. His assistant Brian is equally as qualified. Several years ago I had an eye emergency and he was my first call before any ER or ophthalmologist. He was spot on and concerned and made a follow up call. I recommend him to everyone I know in Fullerton.

Very very nice people who work here. Instantly asked me if I needed anything when I walked in. The lady made sure I knew of every selection she had. Stood by me and opened all the cases as I was trying on glasses. Two doctors were very helpful and made the experience stress free. The eye doctor did a full thorough exam. I will def be going back.
