Brian Smith is an absolutely wonderful manager. He quickly helped me get my lenses ordered & out the door. He was very nice & professional. If this man gets his own spot, I'll be going to his location. My solution to the 1star peeps.... speak with Brian Smith!!

Great, convenient, and thorough service! I was added in very last minute for an eye issue and I couldn't have been treated better! I worked with Dr. Haresdin and she made me feel reassured and cared for. I will definitely be following up for my yearly exams with her!

We were texted a reminder notice for a appt 2days before scheduled. We got up at 5 :30 am to make the 7:15 scheduled time only to be told that they scheduled it wrong .

my daughter and I both had appointments back to back the Cleveland eye clinic team was great there was no waiting they all were super friendly and on top of it we both got all of our scheduled checks and were both done with 45 mins. great first experience for us both . great job team

I was very fortunate to come across Dr. Ballinger she is one of a kind. I have never met any Dr. who are so caring like her. She goes far beyond to do what is best for her patient in this case a child. My brother was been by her do to a IEE for school. Dr. Ballinger is not one doctor who will do what school district wants her only priority is what is best for the child. My brother has Down syndrome and she made sure he understood her test and try other ways if she notice he wasn’t understanding the language. You normally don’t see that many doctors who show that they actually care. If you are looking for someone who will only do what’s best and benefits you or your kid I would strongly recommend you see her. She is the very best. Thank you Dr. Ballinger for fighting for my brothers rights at his iep.

First visit to any vision doctor. They did a great job of getting me in and showing me the ropes. Excellent staff. Friendly people and great people.

Very long waits. Had appointment at 1:15pm and had to wait over an hour. Front staff is rude and very unprofessional. Front staff openly made comments about the interactions with customers. Will take the drive to other clinics.

Had a great experience here. The office is very clean and inviting, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and turnaround time was very efficient. All my questions were well addressed. Will definitely continue to use this clinic.

Dr. Puzio was courteous and also was available at the time of Appointment. Only one thing, he is doing everything by himself, receptionist to examination of patient.

I am grateful for the staff in this office. Dr. Jung's team are nothing but professional, courteous, and certainly know what they are doing. Dr. Jung was very pleasant and friendly as well! I appreciate how he explained his findings in terms that I can understand.
