A very unprofessional place I ordered two pairs of glasses from them I paid in advance in full. Get a call that they are there and to come down. They said to wait they'll be right with me.They managed to help everybody that came in after me. I think it was because I paid off my glasses and the others still owe on thiers .

I have been a patient of Inland Optometric Associates for many years. Dr. Jacqueline Truong is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It's always a pleasure to visit her office and I always feel comfortable and well-taken care of. Most of all, Dr. Truong takes the time to explain things and makes sure to go over important factors that may impact your future vision health based on the exam she and her staff perform.

Found this place when I visited T-mobile next door and so glad I did! Both the doctor and the staff are great and very professional. They really tried to accommodate you even when you don't have an appointment. The doctor was patient and thorough during the exam. She really takes her time during the prescription test and make sure that it feels right and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The walk me through the whole process from picking out the right frame to recommending the appropriate lens for my prescription and needs. It didn't take too long before my glasses were ready. Will be back with my family and definitely will refer friends here.

This by far has to be the worst optometrist i have ever gone to. If it was possible I would give them a negative star rating. They never answer the phone, when you go in person they do not help you and when you want to have your glasses fixed or adjusted no one is there to help you and there is usually no one who works there that can help you with that. You can only get them adjusted when the technician is there but even that they are never there. I went for a whole week trying to get my glasses adjusted and no one was ever able to help me. I went everyday at different times each day and no one was able to help me. If you looking for a good optometrist try looking somewhere else becuase all you are going to get here is disappointment and frustration.

Great staff friendly and courteous. Dr. Macias has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Tran is very thorough with his patients. I will recommend my family and friends.

Eye doctor amazing! Professional! Staff needs some work. Rude and unprofessional. First time I went in not so bad but when It came for me to pick up my glasses the girls in the front must be having a bad day. They were being really rude.

Don't waste your time, money or patience! The women are rude have bad customer service. When I asked for my prescription they gave me a three year old script. The manger could care less about his staffs negligence, and is very unprofessional. The doctor could not find my contact script after a year of following up over and over so gave up and Costco got it the 1st time LOL! Enough said!!
