Great customer service from Melissa. She was very attentive and friendly. She also valued my time since checking insurance was taking too long on a Saturday. She called me back that same day to follow up with me. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen saved my vision! I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for years and really like her service. About five years ago, I went to see her because my vision was suddenly blurry. She looked in my eye and immediately made an urgent referral to an opthomologist (who made another referral to a retinologist). I had a branch retinal vein occulsion (a little stroke in my eye vessel). I had to have monthly shots in my eye for a year, then quarterly for a year, then semi-annual and then annual. I now have annual checks, but the problem is resolved. Untreated, I could have lost my vision in that eye. Needless to say, I still see Dr. Nguyen regularly. She is fabulous!!

She is very good at what she does. Equipment seems a little out dated, but still works like it should.

First time at this location and will definitely come back !! The manager Ashley was super sweet and helpful, she took her time to explain everything to me and walked me through everything and made sure I was very comfortable with my choices ! Such a sweetheart, definitely making this location the only one I go to(:

Without question the finest experience I've ever had in an optometrist's office. I was there yesterday for the first time. Dr. Fratto was warm and friendly and down-to-earth, thoroughly professional. The vibe inside was stressfree and welcoming, and the exam was comprehensive. My favorite part was seeing my perfect retinas blown up on a large color monitor, an incredible sight for me! Thank you Dr. Fratto.

There was a pretty long wait. Had a scheduled appointment, was there 20+ mins early as well, but they let a walk-in go ahead of me. Total time spent was 2 hours and 15 mins for an eye exam.

First time here, Everyone was so kind and patient. From start to finish my daughter seen 3 people and I have to say I feel her eye appointment was very thorough. The optometrist explained her checkup and great detail and answered all questions . We are new to this. right down to making sure the frames fit perfect and adjusting them. Overall it was a great experience!!!! thank you for taking cate of my daughter.

The staff was nice however Dr. Chen isn’t very personable. She isn’t mean or rude necessarily but she gives off the kind of vibe that can make a patient feel like she’s just doing this because it’s her job and not because she cares about helping people.
