I have been seeing Dr Bisek for many years now! He is an excellent doctor because he takes the time to explain things and do the eye exam properly! Great person and their office folks are awesome as well!! Mary

Dr. Bisek is a great optometrist and a very nice guy. He’s thorough and explains what he’s doing and why. Plus he has the coolest tools!

There is no one better than Dr. Bisek and his staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

You’re better off at the costco in vacaville if you don’t want your appointment to get messed up or given to someone else.Their organization is terrible. I scheduled my appointment a month out for the 5th of July because they were so booked. I made note of the date but not the time. I called early on the 5th asking what time my appt is today and they say i missed it last week on the 2nd….lady no I didn’t I took note of it and I specifically remember it being only a day before my other appt at costco. She said oh we called you and tried to remind you of your appt and left a voicemail…. I have no missed calls, no voicemails, and my voicemail box is not full so they were fully capable of leaving one. She kept lying to me during the phone call then proceeds to ask me if i want to schedule another appt… which is at the end of the month. Why would I at this point want to wait two months for an appointment?

Cosco is a great place to shop our kids always end up buying stuff and it like a cheap place to buy i hope people enjoy it

First time at this Costco optical. Lap greeted me when I was looking at glasses, very nice and let me browse without pressure. When I was ready the process was simple and easy. Prices were reasonable. Would come back again.

Kudos to Rachel north Texas walmart. I made a mistake going to the highway 12 walmart Suisun city optical. Still can't wear a eye glass i paid over $300 in oct 2022. Partly problem started with me getting a bad prescription. Being lazy and safety concerns i switch to the Suisun city walmart optical. close to 9 years i got best customer service from the Rachel . Always professional and great service,this what i get from cheating on my regular doctor and Rachel. Thank you for helping me again Rachel

Great customer service from Melissa. She was very attentive and friendly. She also valued my time since checking insurance was taking too long on a Saturday. She called me back that same day to follow up with me. Highly recommend.
