Was referred to this provider by a retina specialist that I was seeing. Wait time is beyond normal. During one appointment I was there 45 minutes after closing... the total appointment time was over 2 hours for a <5 minute procedure. The icing on the cake was my last appointment, when one of the assistants advised me that they planned to do a refraction test for eyeglasses. I informed her that I had to wait until I was cleared by my retina specialist before any prescription for glasses was to be written. They billed me anyway and when I called to dispute the bill, they said that I signed a paper saying it was "ok" to do so, even though at checkout when they said that I owed 55 dollars and when I explained to them they acted like it was fine. Weeks later I received the bill in the mail. When I called and explained the situation to them I was given the runaround by the staff. will never go back to this establishment again!! BEWARE!!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Got eye surgery and it was less painful than I thought. Doctor was very nice and explained everything to me

I have been a patient of Dr Medina for almost 2yrs. The care i received is outstanding. He is honest and tells me if i’m getting better or not. Thanks God, my eyes are getting better. God blessed me with a doctor like Dr Medina.

I have been seen by your office for over a year first being in Modesto and now Fairfield. The front office staff is night and day . In Modesto they are pleasant and engaging. Today in Fairfield the receptionist was not pleasant. When you as a patient say Good morning and you are nervous as it us you expect the same kindness from the medical staff especially A simple Good morning. I am a manager and deal with customer service

I don't have vision insurance and need an eye exam to get glasses. Dr. Chan's office offers affordable eye exams without booking several weeks out. They are very professional and helpful. I was able to get my prescription without feeling pressured into buying glasses. I mentioned buying glasses online so Dr. Chan went over the things that websites would ask. I will be going back when I need another eye exam.

Dr. Chan and her team are so friendly and offer great service. She made sure to take care of me when my contacts tore and I had to leave for my flight the next day. 10/10 recommend to get your vision services done here
