I am new to Fontana and I researched this place, read the reviews and decided to make an appointment. I was 100% satisfied. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Grey was amazing. They had the latest and greatest equipment and my exam was very thorough. They had a nice selection of brand name glasses. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Been going here for 3 years and i'm NEVER disappointed. The care and customer service is second to none. I get the answers that I deserve and need. I also want to give a shout out to Betty. She is amazing and listing and answering questions and is very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Fontana Optometric Group!!

I got a phone call earlier this week, advising that my glasses were in. Upon my arrival to the office, I was told to have a seat. The wait wasn't long. I was helped out by Vanessa. From the beginning, she gave me attitude. It seemed as if though she was in a bad mood. She was borderline, taking down to me. She was being sarcastic the whole time. It was annoying. As I waited, Vanessa came out with only brought out one pair of glasses. When I asked about the second pair, she said they weren't in yet. I asked why I received a call advising that my order was in. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and proceeded to put the blame on someone else. I ended up leaving the glasses, and I told her that I would them up when my order was complete. It sucks that I'm giving this place a 1 star review because Dr. Grey is one of the best, but they need to do something about the office staff.

Not very happy with Foothill Optometric. People are very forgetful there, have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for your lenses to come in and their Customer Service is not the same. Used to love this place. They have great Doctors, but their Auxiliary staff is not so desirable.😓

This morning when I checked in at the front desk it was very pleasant, the young lady that did my tech eye exam. was very patient, sweet and professional. Doctor Lu also very professional, explained my results, examined my eyes, recommended meds. , wrote them down and given to me to take care of my vision problem. I appreciate you all in the office👍 Thank you

The customer service was exceptional! Dr. Yee was so attentive and patient with all my questions and qualms (transitioning to progressives lol). They have a huge selection of glasses and also were straightforward about the difference of insurance benefits between glasses and contacts. They were also able to accommodate my son and I with a joint appt time! I’m so happy I found Foothill Optometric Center! Thank you all!

Ida was so helpful and nice to us when we were trying to find glasses. She gave us advice how to help find the best deal with our insurance, as I was looking to not spend a whole lot on my purchase. Another person I dealt with the day before was also great to talk through my options as well. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Was helped by Bella to find my new prescription frames and was so so pleased with my experience! She carefully took time to help me pick a frame best for me and provided honest feedback to find the best look. She is highly knowledgeable on all things prescription, insurance, specialty lenses, fit and framing. 10/10 experience getting my glasses from her! Thank you, Bella!
