Always a pleasant atmosphere. Little waiting time. Dr Sachs explains everything very clearly and always ask if you have any concerns or questions. I have been going to Dr. Sachs for many years and never had an issue. He always calls personally after any surgeries/procedures. I highly recommend him and appreciate his services. Anne OToole

The staff is one of a kind. The two ladies up front as you come in are so helpful and welcoming. Very professional!!! Some people are just blessings to a company and business those two really are. In all, everyone else after is also great all the way to the doctors. The technician that ran the texts is formidable, patent and caring respectfully as well. The ladies at the counter where you pick up your glasses are so helpful they have great customer service skills.. There’s one specific one that sold me my glasses. She is great. I can’t recall her name. Trust me if I remembered the names, I would have acknowledged them even more. The office is not closed by but it is worth going. Great services!! Clean place!! More success each day team. Keep it up!!

As doctor’s visits go this one was exceptional. Check In was amazingly fast accented by a smiling and professional receptionist. Wait time was minimal and the assigned two male nurse team were smart, respectful, well mannered whom worked well together and were very knowledgeable. Dr. Werner and I have a 6 year relationship and I have a great deal of respect for him in charge of my case. Our meeting today was as always excellent and thankfully all positive diagnosis. Scheduling for the next appointment again was fast with a very nice clerk. I have to say possibly my very best experience with a doctors visit.

Lots of chairs in the waiting room, very well organized flow of patients. Extraordinarily helpful staff. State of the art equipment. Knowledgeable doctors. Calming atmosphere. If you have ANY problems with your eyes, THIS is the place to go, in my professional opinion.

I came here because I was referred by my medical doctor for an eye infection. The place was situated 3 blocks from the Mineola bus terminal so getting here was a breeze. The office was cleaned and air conditioned . I was seen by Dr. William Bozeman MD that gave me a thorough examination and an explanation of my needs. I was prescribed 2 medications and given a prompt follow up appointment for next week. Dr. Bozeman and the staff were professional and attentive to my needs. I look forward to coming here next week.

Amazing service with great people. Having used other retailers in the past for my glasses, I was looking for a reliable optical. This Pearle Vision location fit that and more. Judit was knowledgeable, transparent, warm, welcoming, and overall amazing. She worked with my schedule to get arrange an optical appointment and then pick up my glasses. When the type of glasses that I wanted was unavailable, Judit ordered it for me. Extremely pleased with the service. Looking forward to going back in the future. Highly recommend.
