I loved my glasses and was so happy to receive them. Unfortunately I was in a terrible car accident and they were destroyed. I called Sears to order a new pair and explained what happen. She ordered me the same pair free of charge! They are wonderful there and highly recommended!!!!!

i went to this location because they specialize in total eye ball replacement. not only did they replace both of my eye balls they gave me a choice of color. they also put me on their mailing list so I get promotional offers, I'm so fortunate to have this store by my home. they gave me cool sun glasses too

Exceptional customer service. I had a broken rimless frame and wanted to transfer the lens to a different frame - none of the name brand big optical stores could do it but the optician at this store did it for free!.

I will never use the Walmart Vision center again! The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. Part of it is store policy which, while designed to force you to get a new exam regardless if how recently you got one, I don’t hold against the staff at all but their service and attitude leave much to be desired.

The only reason the star is even selected is because it’s mandatory for the review. The absolute worst place to go to for your optical needs . You are asked to return when they know the wait is a ridiculous amount of time. So to be of more inconvenience you must return. No you don’t get your money back if your services are not completed . They were remodeling and I was not able to finish my services with them. Therefore they stole $150 of services that were not finished for my daughter. The Dr. took a week leave with no notice and I still couldn’t finish my services with this place… what a total nightmare. I suggest ANYPLACE is better then Walmart vision in Waukegan for your needs .

This is my first time purchasing glasses, id say it was smoothly, some of the workers dont really talk much, but they do understand their jobs as in leading you and explaining to you about what you need to fill out and when your turn will be, waited for about 30 min or less. The Dr. was so nice and funny , explained everything to me did a retina image (around 25 dollars) which I recommend but overall picked the glasses that I liked and did my order. The whole process took about and hour and a half.

Don’t recommend at all! My father had an eye exam and was disrespected by staff. He has a difficult time understanding English and was yelled at for not following what staff was telling him to do. Please do better at servicing patients who speak Spanish as Waukegan is heavily populated by spanish-speaking families.

Ive been here twice in the past few months , i have state insurance and they charged me a copay i shouldnt of had to pay. Dont pay anything . Call your insurance first. They have frames available for free through your insurance they just dont tell you. Beware of fraud and they have a no refund policy! My apointment was at 12:45 i wasnt seen until 2:30.. the service was awful . The staff is rude & the only nice one is the guy. Dont go here find somewere else your insurance can find you better .

After waiting for 45 minutes the canceled my appointment because I coughed TWICE!! Worst place ever. DO NOT go there !! It’s not worth it

I cannot tell you enough phenomenally excellent things about Dr.Kozlov and her team. Dr.Kozlov’s expertise is unmatched and her high standard of care filters downwards. Her team is not only friendly but very detailed orientated . It’s comforting to know that the care received is thorough and professional. I would never second guess her advice or her plan of care . Excellent ! I have a very complicated situation with my eyes and she carefully and painstakingly came up with the best plan for me. Thank you so very very much ,
