I have been using Dr. WADA as my primary eye doctor for the past 20 years. Staff are always friendly and professional. The office is always clean and I never wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. My family and I always reccomend this office.

Their staff is very friendly, and very clean. I wish they would allow monthly payments to pay off your glasses. You have to pay in full when your glasses are ready for pickup.

Dr. Garrett Wada and fellow staff members are a pleasure to work with at this office. And the Star Trek theme is awesome!

These people double billed my wife through our insurance and then expected us to cough up more money because the insurance was now Tapped Out. They said they provided prescriptions when they didn't and when I confronted the owner on this she lied to me in three different ways and then called the cops because I was disrespecting her. Whatever you do, do not use them for your eye care. They will screw you over six ways to Sunday.

The staff and optometrist here are very friendly and thorough. I had a lot of questions regarding insurance and their glasses/contact specials; they walked through my benefits and explained it in an easy way to understand. Dr. Lee was very friendly and made me feel comfortable! love that I can pick up my contacts here and shop at Target after.

Gladys was super helpful in repairing my Ray Ban sunglasses. A life saver because it's hard to drive without them. She was very courteous, friendly and reliable. Thanks again Gladys!

Absolutely exceptional service! From the moment I walked in. Dr Anita was incredibly patient and calming during my first experience getting glasses. I cannot praise Linda enough for her expertise and outstanding customer service. She guided me through the frame selection process with great care, ensuring I found the perfect pair. She’s knowledgeable and keeps it real!

Highly recommend! I've been going here for years now and Dr. Tina Do and the staff is the absolute best. They are always courteous, professional, and helpful when it comes to their service. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Do because she makes it a pleasant and comfortable experience every time!

I went to get my glasses here, since past years I’ve had a great experience, this time around not so great. I received the glasses with the wrong prescription, they reordered the glasses, as they kept both the frame and the glasses, next time I received the call they were ready, they only had seemed to order the glasses and the frames had been lost, had to get a set from the display section as the frames couldn’t be found, prescription was still in put incorrectly, they reorder the prescription & it is still not correct. 3 times and couldn’t be done properly. Very upset with this experience. Will not be going back.

I’be been coming here for about 3-4 years and it’s always been a great experience for me. It’s easy for me to book an eye exam online, the price is affordable, and Dr.Tina is so kind and professional definitely cares about your eye health which is comforting. I get my contacts and eye ware here without breaking my budget highly recommend!!!

Tried to book an appointment, but the receptionist wouldn't book the appointment because she insisted that my insurance couldn't be the insurance I was telling her. I called again to verify and gave her my ID number and because it didn't pop up in her system, she insisted that wasn't a valid insurance. Instead of verifying with my insurance carrier, she said the only way she could book an appointment would be as a cash patient and I wouldn't be able to change it even after I presented my insurance card to them. I called my insurance carrier and they said all she had to do was call and confirm (every other Dr.'s office does it). If she's too lazy to call and confirm insurance coverage, what other tasks is she too lazy to perform? Horrible way to attract new patients and makes it hard to trust this office with that kind of service.
