Tried to book an appointment, but the receptionist wouldn't book the appointment because she insisted that my insurance couldn't be the insurance I was telling her. I called again to verify and gave her my ID number and because it didn't pop up in her system, she insisted that wasn't a valid insurance. Instead of verifying with my insurance carrier, she said the only way she could book an appointment would be as a cash patient and I wouldn't be able to change it even after I presented my insurance card to them. I called my insurance carrier and they said all she had to do was call and confirm (every other Dr.'s office does it). If she's too lazy to call and confirm insurance coverage, what other tasks is she too lazy to perform? Horrible way to attract new patients and makes it hard to trust this office with that kind of service.

Rosario provided excellent service helping me each step of the way throughout my entire LensCrafters experience. She was so kind and helpful explaining all of the pricing and made sure to stay helpful throughout the whole process. I had broken my glasses right down the middle and had taped them together barely holding on and Rosario was very gentle with my pair as we went through the whole exam, frame try on, etc. I love her and her service and would recommend this specific LensCrafters store and employee to anyone. Exactly why I went to them in the first place, wonderful service with a smile and kindness. (: Thank you so much Rosario!!!

I had the best experience at LensCrafters-Anaheim. I received my first pair of prescription glasses, and the entire team was with me the entire process making sure I chose frames that I felt both comfortable and confident in. Jennifer assisted me with most of my time there, and she is very personable and friendly. Although I was one of the last customers that day, I felt like I was gaining the same high-energy attentive experience that any other customer would receive. Overall, I would recommend this LensCrafter to anyone looking for a positive experience. They are clearly looking for your best interest, even when it comes to getting you the best deal for the frames you want!

I am from El Paso, Tx. and on July 20th while on vacation I lost my glasses to a wave at Newport Beach. After going to several places to get my glasses done, I was referred to Lens Crafters on west la palma ave. Upon arrival the staff was really helpful and friendly. They were willing to help through my visit at Lens crafters. Although they told me that due to my prescription they didn't know if they were able to get the glasses done quick, they were avle to have my glasses done in less than 24 hrs. Thanks to them I was able to enjoy my first time at Disneyland and Universal studios and was able to enjoy my vacation as this happened the very first day of my vacation. I would like to thank the staff for their professionalism, thier effectiveness, and their help, from the greeting personnel, to the ladies getting the eye exams done, the doctor and the lens crafter as well as the ladies helping with the insurance claim. I would definitely visit and recommend lens crafters from now on.

I would give this place a negative but it won't allow me. Anyway, I went to this place and got my eyes checked. I asked my mom to get her eyes checked also, they told her that her glasses will be ready within a week, we never got a call from them after I had paid $300. I called after 3 weeks and asked them to cancel the order. This lady over the phone with a very bad attitude said she will hit me with all these fees if I canceled. My mom just wanted to get her glasses and move on. When we walked in the staff was very disrespectful to my mother, my mom only asked why they didn't call to let her know about her glasses and instead of apologizing to a 70 year old immigrant lady, the desk lady told my mom to shut up and called my mom a liar because they showed they called. I got involved as any son would do for her 70 year old mother. Another lady that was taking care of some customers disregarded her customers to get involved and told me to shut up, they refused to help my mother until I paid the full amount for the glasses first. I paid $600 for glasses that don't even have the right prescription. They sent me a letter saying that I had been dismissed and they will not longer fix my mom's glasses, they called my insurance and said all these lies. However, I contacted my insurance told them the truth, disputed the charge with my credit card, and reported this place with the better business bareu. None of this would've happened If they had just apologized for not calling my mother instead of trying to abuse this 70 year old lady. I don't recommend this place. I guess some businesses still don't understand the customer is always right. No respect for elderly.

Christopher Vargas is very knowledgeable in his practice. The staff is always polite and professional. They always remember our last conversation from over a year ago. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for years now and have always had a positive experience. The doctor is super friendly and helpful, he’s great at explaining everything so you understand what’s going on and how your eyes are doing. I will always recommend him to friends and family!
