The entire staff was wonderful. The front desk assistants were quick and answers all my questions with confidence. Dr. Darby was amazing as well. She was very professional and made sure I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be visiting this location again.

I enjoyed my appointment here, the front desk staff are always so welcoming, kind and patient. Dr. Kesner is very personable. I really appreciated Patrick, he was thorough when it came to pricing and any additions to the lenses such as blue light protection, etc. He even helped me picked which glasses suited my face the best. Overall, it was a great experience!

This is my 3 year visiting 20/20 Image card and it only gets better, this time i worked with John Martinez who is not only a knowledgeable person to help you and very much a pleasant person to talk with. He was was extremely helpful with my selection of glasses, telling me all I needed to know before and after choosing the PERFECT set to eye wear that I love . I wholeheartedly recommend Desert Eye to anyone looking for eyeglasses. My experience here left me feeling satisfied and impressed, thanks to Ryan, Debbie, and Dr. Wan. The moment I walked in, it struck me immediately how well-kept the facility and their equipment was. The murals/artworks on the walls were also a nice addition. I also noticed a vast array of frames available from different brands. If you struggle with choosing frames like I did, ask for Debbie's assistance. I addressed some concerns I had with my old frame and she hand selected frames that best suited me as well as explaining their lenses options and recommending some of them. She was also very transparent about how much we'd be paying upfront and at pick-up. She was incredibly nice and helpful. I have high astigmatism, so I want to thank Dr. Wan for providing a very thorough test to correct it. I was also impressed with his commitment to hygiene, often washing his hands after touching dirty surfaces, and wiping down his equipment with alcohol wipes. He also has a very vibrant personality and is a very skilled optometrist. Their services were so astonishing that I had to leave a review, something I rarely do. I'm very excited for my new glasses to arrive.

First time service. Dr. Pearson was wonderful and very thorough. Great personality too! Debbie did a great job and was patient and very helpful w glass selection. Office is lovely and staff friendly Highly recommend. So happy I found this practice.

I can't express enough of what a wonderful experience I had coming here for my first time. From the moment I walked in you could feel the positivity. I had an insurance change, and I'm glad, since I wish I had been going here a long time ago! Top notch personable care, with detailed explanations. Dr John Pearson OD is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Joshua helped me find my perfect eyeglasses and the selection was great. Local small business with a Giant heart. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Over this past year have had Retina surgery following appointments and recently Cataract surgery. Each step through this process have been great and the staff has made it comfortable and understanding. I give them an A+ on how well they do their job and take care of the patients needs.

Bathrooms are outside and it is not user friendly if you have a disability. Staff and Dr are nice but arrived 15 min. early and took 25 min past appointment time to be seen. They are very busy. Part of lobby was dark and part had lights. I took someone there for an appointment. Sign said be patient short staffed. I won't be choosing this for myself.

All the attending staff were very personable. They were informative, caring, and knowledgeable, reassuring us that her eye condition was noticed early and treatable. They answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to help us understand the particulars of her eye conditions. I would recommend Southwestern Eye Center to family and friends.
