I had delayed having Cataract Surgery. I went in for a consultation. Bottom line I had Cataract Surgery done by Dr. Kilpatrick on both eyes. What a blessing! Dr. Kilpatrick is phenomenal. I went from having a 72 year old vision to a 16 year old vision. I'm just stoked. Driving with far more confidence now that everything is clear. I would highly recommend him to anyone. By the way, he is not one of those surgeons you see on a highway billboard. He is not a "Cut & Run" surgeon. He is very professional. You see him Post-Op within 24 hours to make sure everything is good with you. You have another follow up a week after that. You then put drops in your eyes for 3 weeks. I should have had this done at least a couple of years ago. Great staff as well. Do it!

Dr Kilpatrick has been our eye doctor for 2 decades and I trust his judgment completely. He done or will do cataract surgery for both of us. Results are terrific for me. My spouse is up next. He is highly recommended by both of us.

I have seen Dr. Kilpatrick and Dr. Eyrich. Both are very thorough, professional and answer all questions completely. The entire staff is friendly, caring and organized. Kaylie and Nicky are both well informed, did thorough work ups and I received excellent care. My cataract surgery was easy and it’s amazing to wake up with clear vision!

Very professional and thorough. The optometrist was extremely diligent in explaining every aspect of his examination describing what he could see in all the pictures of my eyes and what it meant for the health of my eyes. Once the exam was complete the young lady spent almost an hour with me getting all the information needed to construct new lenses from the prescription for the three frames that I wanted to retain.

Everything went well at my daughter’s appointment. She was attended right away. The Dr was very nice as always and very explained his thoughts and my daughter exam. The staff was wonderful as well! Such a great place to come and get eye exams and glasses! Love their environment and energy!

Dr Thomas was excellent, very thorough and explained everything that was going on beautifully. His assistant who took the initial photographs and exams was also very polite and patient. I actually was more satisfied with Dr. Thomas, then my MD who has been my physician and taken care of my eyes for many years. I will come back and I will refer others.

This office runs incredibly efficient. The optometrist is well prepared! He always shows genuine concern for my eye health and recalls previous appointments which allows me to feel more comfortable in his care.

I had initially made an appointment online for an earlier date, but one of their associates noticed that my VSP insurance would not have paid for that visit since it was not yet my yearly anniversary. I was contacted and I was able to cancel that appointment and make a new one for a future date. At the visit I was greeted upon entering and directed to the receptionist who was very friendly and efficient. The initial testing went smoothly and on time. Dr. Lehmann is very knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING regarding my eye health, etc., and made sure all of my questions were answered. The associate who helped me pick my frames was also knowledgeable and friendly, and showed me many frames which complimented my face, and I was happy with my choice. All in all my visit was very pleasant. The only negative comment would be that I wasn’t aware that I would be charged for the contacts exam until after the fact. Perhaps VSP should make that clearer.

I have bought glasses here for several years. Have been very impressed with the service, the quality of the lenses and frames, and the service has been excellent. Also they offer great coupons with their products several times a year!!! I will continue to do business with this company!

Absolutely amazing doctor and staff! I had the pleasure of being treated at their newest location in the west valley! I was thrilled on how easy their check in process was, the staff was so polite and very welcoming! Dr. Arora is extremely compassionate about his job and takes the time to listen and address your concerns. I left feeling so relieved. He took the time and gave me a very concise treatment plan! Professionalism at its finest! I will be recommending him to all my family and friends! Thanks again, Dr. Arora and staff!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Arora for more than a year and he is not only the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever seen, but he is also the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Dr. Arora is a very talented, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and compassionate physician. He is extremely warm, personable, and best of all, sincere. I have severe dry eye disease and am on prescription drops. But Dr. Arora wasn’t satisfied with my eyes being “ok.” He had a new technology that has made me so much more comfortable and my vision clearer. When I had new and disturbing floaters appear recently, Dr. Arora got me right in. He knew what the floaters were, but he also had photos taken of the interior of my eye to confirm the diagnosis. He then took the time to go over the photos with me and assured me my floaters were not a sign of a more serious condition. He explained everything going on with my eyes, as he does every time, with clear and concise language. You’ll always know and understand what is going on with your eye health and care. Such thoroughness is very comforting. Dr. Aurora’s office staff are extremely pleasant and friendly (shout out to Jennifer who is amazing!). It’s obvious they care a great deal about their patients. The office itself is beautiful and comfortable, with the most modern equipment. It’s obvious Dr. Arora put the comfort and care of his patients as a priority. You’ll never be in better hands than as a patient of Dr. Arora.
